Kombo-Abedimo is a commune and arrondissement in the Ndian département, Southwest Province, western Cameroon.

Musakhel District is situated in the northern part of the Khost Province, Afghanistan. The district is within the heartland of the Ahmadzai tribe of Ghilji Pashtuns.
