Kopczany [kɔpˈt͡ʂanɨ] , (Lithuanian : Kapčionys), is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lipsk, within Augustów County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus. [1] It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north-east of Lipsk, 38 km (24 mi) east of Augustów, and 78 km (48 mi) north of the regional capital Białystok.
