Korson koulu is a former primary school and high school, now just a primary school in Korso, Vantaa, Finland. The school has two buildings on Kisatie 29. It is attended by circa 520 students and has grades from sixth to ninth.
Korson koulu was founded in 1957. Its elder building was completed in 1959. Korson koulu was initially a comprehensive school but was split into a primary school (Korson koulu) and an upper secondary school (Korson lukio) in 1977. Since 1999 Timo Rönnqvist has been the principal of Korson koulu. [1] In 2003 Korson lukio moved to a new building and was renamed Lumon lukio - the buildings on Kisatie have since been operated by Korson koulu alone. In 2015 City of Vantaa announced a plan to abolish Korson koulu by 2021 due to its problems with air quality and long school travels for students. [2]

The VII District is one of the central districts of Turku, Finland. It is located on the west side of the river Aura, between Aurakatu and Puistokatu. Like the neighbouring VI District, it forms part of the city's central business district. The two districts combined host a large proportion of the city's business life, particularly around the Market Square. Turku City Hall is located in the VII District, as well as the Turku Central Railway Station.

Oulun Lyseon Lukio is a Finnish upper secondary school in the city of Oulu in northern Finland. The school has over 60 teachers and about 750 students. In addition to the Finnish national curriculum the school provides the option to study the International Baccalaureate programme in English. Since 2018 Lyseo has a distance teaching campus in the small town of Tyrnävä. In 2018 255 students, of which 50 took the IB programme, were accepted to the school.

Korso railway station is a Helsinki commuter rail station located in the district of Korso in the city of Vantaa, Finland. It is located approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) from Helsinki Central railway station. The station is located in the B/C zone of the Helsinki commuter rail.
Lycée franco-finladais d'Helsinki is a Franco-Finnish school in Helsinki, Finland founded by French Catherine Servé in 1947. It is run by the Finnish state since 1977 with a Finnish school system, the Republic of France paying wages of 7-10 teachers. Students graduating there receive the Finnish matriculation examination and French government give to students the diploms of equal value of French baccalauréat.
Mellunmäki has been a quarter of eastern Helsinki, Finland since 1946. Serious construction of the area began in 1950 and it was originally designed for 7000 inhabitants. There are over 8500 inhabitants in the area today (2013). Apart from the grocery stores Mellunmäki does not offer many services. Most people visit Kontula or Itäkeskus for services not offered by their home district. The metro station of Mellunmäki, the last stop on the line, is the world's northernmost metro station. There is a Fitness24Seven in the Metro station and a second hand shop next to it. Many buildings are being built in 2017, so the number of residents will rise after construction

Metsälä is a subdivision of Helsinki with about 1,000 inhabitants. It has predominantly small houses and it is situated between Maunula and Käpylä. Administratively speaking, Metsälä is a part of the Maunula district. The distance to Helsinki City Centre is about 6 kilometres from Metsälä. The primary housing type has been wooden single-family homes, and a lot of terraced houses have been in the area in the 1970s. Nowadays Metsälä has few unbuilt lots.
Panimoravintola Koulu is a Finnish brewery restaurant in the city of Turku. Koulu (School) is the largest brewery restaurant in Finland and it is situated in a former Neo-Renaissance -style school building from 1889 by architects L. I. Lindqvist and Bruno Granholm. The school to first occupy the building was "Svenska Fruntimmerskolan i Åbo", which was later renamed as the "Svenska flickskolan i Åbo" in 1916, again in 1955 when it became "Åbo svenska flicklyseum", until finally in 1966 the name was changed to "Cygnaeus skola". On 4 February 1940, during the Winter War, the school was hit by a Soviet incendiary bomb, which set fire to the roof and destroyed the assembly hall. One of the high points in the history of Koulu was the visit of Commander-in-Chief, Baron Carl Gustaf Emil Mannerheim on 14 February 1941.
Ressu Upper Secondary School is a school located in central Helsinki, Finland. Founded in 1891, Ressu is one of the oldest Finnish speaking schools and considered to be one of the most prestigious schools in Finland. Ressu is one of the most difficult upper secondary schools to gain entry to in Finland, with admission typically requiring grade point averages above 9.3 on the Finnish scale of 4.0 to 10.0. Students in Ressu have a reputation of moving onto illustrious careers in further education, in a range of top universities both in Finland and abroad. The current principal is Mr. Ari Huovinen.
Konala (Finnish), Kånala (Swedish) is a subdistrict of Helsinki, Finland. Konala has about 4500 inhabitants and about 3000 jobs. Konala is situated in north-western Helsinki, north of Kehä I and Pitäjänmäki, west of Malminkartano and Kannelmäki. It is bordered from the south by Kehä I, east by green zone which separates at the industrial area along Vihdintie and the west at Espoo's border.
