Krishnankutty Nair was an Indian actor who worked in Malayalam cinema. [1] [2] He was from Pippinmoodu, near Sasthamangalam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Nair worked with various theatre groups before becoming a film actor.
Known for his natural acting and timing, Nair worked with directors such as G. Aravindan, and Adoor Gopalakrishnan. He also acted in several movies by award-winning Malayalam filmmakers such as M. P. Sukumaran Nair, Lenin Rajendran, Padmarajan, Kamal, and Sathyan Anthikkad. He became popular among the public through his comic roles, primarily that of Kaalan Mathai in Kamal's Kakkothikkavile Appooppan Thaadikal, Thattan Gopalan in Anthikkad's Ponmuttayidunna Tharavu , and Kali Muthu in Anthikad's Mazhavilkavadi .
In 1996, Krishnankutty Nair was seriously injured as a scooter he was riding pillion collided with a lorry. He succumbed to injuries after a month at the Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram.

Kavalappara Narayanan Nair (1882–1948) was a prominent 20th-century Kathakali artiste and tutor who specialised in the Hanuman roles of the classical dance-drama from Kerala in south India.

M. Krishnan Nair was an Indian oncologist. He was the founding director of the Regional Cancer Centre, Thiruvananthapuram, a director of the S.U.T. Institute of Oncology, and Trivandrum Cancer Center(TCC), part of SUT Royal Hospital in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) and a professor at the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences & Research in Kochi. The Government of India awarded him the fourth highest civilian award of the Padma Shri in 2001 for his contributions in the cancer care field.

Achuvinte Amma is a 2005 Indian Malayalam-language drama film directed by Sathyan Anthikad and written by Ranjan Pramod from a story by Rajesh Jayaraman. It stars Urvashi, Meera Jasmine and Narain. K. Bhaskaran Nair, professionally credited by his stage name Adoor Bhasi, was an Indian actor and film director. He was mostly cast as a sidekick to protagonists, particularly Prem Nazir. His comedic roles were widely appreciated in Malayalam films of the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. Bhasi has also done leading and character roles. He directed three Malayalam films in the late 1970s. Bhasi is also known for his eloquent speeches in fluent English. It stars Mohanlal, Shobana and Amala Akkineni. The film, produced by Suresh Balaje features a soundtrack composed by Ouseppachan. The plot follows a psychiatrist, Dr. Sunny (Mohanlal) and one of his patients, Reshma (Amala), who gets obsessed with him romantically, but Sunny is already engaged with Annie (Shobana). The film explores the phenomenon of transference.

It stars Jayaram, Sithara, Krishnankutty Nair, Urvashi, and Innocent in the lead roles. This is one of the very few films where Innocent plays a negative role. It won four Kerala State Film Awards that year, the awards for Best Actress (Urvashi), Best Supporting Actor (Innocent), Best Music Director (Johnson), and Best Singer.
