Kwara North senatorial district covers five local government areas which include Baruten, Edu, Pategi, Kaiama, Moro. [1] [2] [3] Umar Suleiman Sadiq of the All Progressives Congress, APC is the current representative of Kwara North in the Nigerian Senate. [4]

The 2015 Nigerian Senate election in Kwara State was held on March 28, 2015, to elect members of the Nigerian Senate to represent Kwara State.
