La Novela is the fifth studio album by Akwid, released in March 2008. Special guests include Voces del Rancho, Fidel Rueda, Raul Hernandez, Los Tucanes de Tijuana, Rocio Saldoval "La Peligrosa", El Flaco Elizalde, Palomo, Jenni Rivera, Kuky, and Chino XL. It received a nomination for Best Latin Urban Album at the Grammy Awards of 2009. [1]

In the ballad, the singer remembers her lover even when she tries to forget. Nine years later, American recording artist Christina Aguilera included a cover version on her second studio album Mi Reflejo which Pérez also produced. It was released as the second single from the album in December 2000. The music video for Aguilera's version was directed by Kevin Bray.

The album features collaborations with rapper 50 Cent, Ivy Queen, Yaviah, Ednita Nazario and Yomo. The album became a success in the United States and a bigger hit in Latin America. It won the Latin Music Award for Latin Rhythm Album of the Year at the 2010 Latin Billboard Music Awards. To promote the album the artists embarked on the La Revolución Tour in the US.

Also, the album won Grammy Award for Best Latin Urban Album on 2009.

Boleto De Entrada, is the second studio album of Latin Grammy winner, singer-songwriter Kany García. It reached the top 10 of the album charts in both the United States Latin charts and #1 in Puerto Rico. The album was released on November 6, 2009, and produced by García and Andrés Castro, Sony BMG. On September 8, 2010, Boleto De Entrada received a nomination for the 2010 Latin Grammy Awards in the category of "Best Female Pop Vocal Album". This was García's second nomination in this category, she previously won in this category in 2008. Boleto De Entrada was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Latin Pop Album.

The song was produced and arranged by Bebu Silvetti and it was released as the second single from the album of the same title. The track became Gabriel's seventh number-one single in the Billboard Top Latin Songs chart. The parent album became commercially successful, peaking at number two in the Top Latin Albums chart in the United States. The singer also received a nomination for Best Latin Pop Album at the 44th Grammy Awards for this release.
Amarte a la Antigua is an album by Mexican recording artist Pedro Fernández, released by Fonovisa Records on October 20, 2009. The album received a Latin Grammy Award nomination for Best Ranchero Album. The title song was the closing theme song of the award-winning telenovela Hasta que el dinero nos separe which won Fernández the TVyNovelas Award for Best Actor. The title song also won the Latin Grammy Award for Best Regional Mexican Song (2010) for "Amarte a la Antigua", The popular video performance of the titled theme song is also from the telenovela.
Pablo Moreno de Alborán Ferrándiz, popularly known as Pablo Alborán, is a Spanish musician and singer-songwriter. Throughout his career, Alborán has released five studio albums, two live albums, and various musical collaborations. His records are distributed by Warner Music Spain which he was signed to in 2013. That year he released "Solamente Tú", the lead single from his 2011 self-titled debut album. The track topped the charts in his home country for two consecutive weeks. The album peaked at number one in its first week of sales, making Alborán the first solo artist to sign a complete debut album to rank to the top since 1998 in Spain. Alborán was nominated for Best New Artist at the 12th Latin Grammy Awards.
Vives is the fifteenth studio album by Colombian singer Carlos Vives, released on November 10, 2017, through Sony Music Latin. The album was produced by Vives alongside Andrés Castro and features collaborations with singers such as Sebastián Yatra, Shakira, Thalía and Cynthia Montaño, among others.
