Laga'aia Tiaituau Tufuga (born ~1955) [1] is a former Samoan politician and Cabinet Minister. He is a member of the Samoa Uniting Party.
Laga'aia is from the village of Fa'ala in the Palauli district. [1] He worked as a farmer before entering politics. [1] He was first elected to the Legislative Assembly of Samoa in the 2021 Samoan general election. [1] [2] On 28 July 2021 he was appointed Associate Minister of Public Enterprises. [3] [4]
On 15 January 2025 he was appointed Minister of Women,Community and Social Development following the sacking of Mulipola Anarosa Ale Molioo. [5]
He ran as a Samoa Uniting Party candidate at the 2025 election and lost his seat. [6]
