Lee Hyun-joo (born 22 April 1976) is a retired South Korean female volleyball player. She was part of the South Korea women's national volleyball team.

She participated in the 1994 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship. [1] On club level she played with Ho.Nam Oil.

This performance did not come close to matching their best FIVB World Championship finish of fourth in 1978, when they lost to Cuba in the bronze medal match.
