Lee Jae-kyoo (born October 7, 1970) is a South Korean television and film director. Lee directed the television series, Damo (2003), Fashion 70's (2005), Beethoven Virus (2008), The King 2 Hearts (2012) and All of Us Are Dead (2022), as well as the films The Influence (2010), The Fatal Encounter (2014) and Intimate Strangers (2018). In 2021, he appeared in a recurring role as the Front Man in the Netflix hit survival series Squid Game.

<i>Damo</i> (TV series) South Korean television program

Damo is a 2003 South Korean fusion historical drama, starring Ha Ji-won, Lee Seo-jin, and Kim Min-jun. Set in the Joseon Dynasty, it tells the story of Chae-ok, a damo relegated to the low-status job of a female police detective who investigates crimes involving women of the upper class. It aired on MBC from July 28 to September 9, 2003 on Mondays and Tuesdays at 21:55 for 14 episodes.

<i>Inside Men</i> (film) 2015 South Korean film by Woo Min-ho

Inside Men is a 2015 South Korean political action thriller film written and directed by Woo Min-ho based on Yoon Tae-ho's webtoon The Insiders that dissects the corruption within Korean society. Starring Lee Byung-hun, Cho Seung-woo and Baek Yoon-sik, it began filming in July 2014 and was released in theaters on November 19, 2015. Inside Men and the director's cut Inside Men: The Original have sold a total of 9.1 million admissions at the box office, thus becoming the top grossing R-rated movie of all-time at the Korean Box office.

Kim Kyu-chul is a South Korean actor. Kim spent more than a decade as a stage actor before he made his onscreen breakthrough in 1993 with Im Kwon-taek's Seopyeonje, considered one of the classics of Korean cinema. Kim became most active in television, starring in dramas such as When I Miss You (1993) and Resurrection (2005).

Mr. Sunshine is a 2018 South Korean television series written by Kim Eun-sook and directed by Lee Eung-bok, starring Lee Byung-hun, Kim Tae-ri, Yoo Yeon-seok, Kim Min-jung, and Byun Yo-han. The series is set in Hanseong in the early 1900s, and focuses on activists fighting for Korea's independence. The series aired every Saturday and Sunday on tvN starting from July 7, 2018, and ended on September 30, 2018. It premiered internationally on Netflix.

<i>Chicken Nugget</i> (TV series) Upcoming South Korean web series

Chicken Nugget (Korean: 닭강정) is an upcoming South Korean web series directed by Lee Byeong-heon, and starring Ryu Seung-ryong and Ahn Jae-hong. Based on the Naver webtoon of the same name, it is a comic mystery chase drama about the struggles of a father to recover his daughter who entered a mysterious machine and turned into a chicken nugget, assisted by a man who has a crush on her. It will be released on Netflix in 2024.
