Toby Leung Ching-kei is Cantopop singer and actress from Hong Kong. She entered the music industry in 2004 when the MusicNationGroup discovered her talent. Together with Macy Chan, Elise Liu (廖雋嘉) and Bella Cheung (張曼伶), they formed the singing group Girl's only Dormitory (女生宿舍) which eventually disbanded. Her father, Tommy Leung, was also the deputy-chief director of drama in TVB, which allowed her to enter the acting career. She signed with TVB and became a contracted artist for 12 years until 2016 where she joined ViuTV.

Nominees were announced on May 22, 2008, and the award winners in 12 traditional music categories and 23 popular music categories were selected by a panel of 33 judges after four rounds of jury meetings. JPM is a Taiwanese Mandopop music band formed under the management of Sony Music company with artists Jay Chou, Leehom Wang, and Vanness Wu.
