Serhiy Mykolaiovych Advena is a Ukrainian former swimmer who specializes in the freestyle and butterfly swimming styles. He is a two-time Olympian, and a multiple-time Ukrainian record holder in both 100 and 200 m butterfly. He also helped out the Ukrainian team to upset their American rivals and claim the medley relay title (3:38.49) at the 2005 Summer Universiade in Izmir, Turkey.
Balázs Makány is a Hungarian swimmer, who specialized in sprint and relay freestyle events. Makany is a member of Kőbánya Swimming Club, and is coached and trained by Gyorgy Turi. He is also a varsity swimmer for the Texas A&M Aggies, and a graduate of computer science at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

Allen Ong Hou Ming is a Malaysian former swimmer, who specialised in sprint freestyle events. He is a two-time Olympian, a double gold medalist in the 100 m freestyle at the Southeast Asian Games, and a varsity swimmer for the Minnesota Golden Gophers at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.

Shah also won a total of bronze medals, as a member of the Kenyan swimming team, in the freestyle and medley relays at the 2011 All-Africa Games in Maputo, Mozambique.

He qualified for the men's 50 m freestyle, by receiving a Universality place from FINA in an entry time of 32.08. He challenged seven other swimmers in heat two, including 15-year-old Malique Williams of Antigua and Barbuda. He rounded out the field to last place in 34.11, more than 12 seconds off the top-seeded time set by U.S. swimmer and defending Olympic champion Gary Hall, Jr. Walesi failed to advance into the semifinals, as he placed eighty-third overall out of 86 swimmers in the preliminaries.
Riley Janes is a Canadian former competition swimmer who specialized in freestyle and backstroke events. He is a single-time Olympian (2004), and is part of the bronze-medal Canadian medley relay team at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester, England.
Stavros Michaelides is a Cypriot former swimmer, who specialized in sprint freestyle events. He is a three-time Olympian, a triple medalist at the Mediterranean Games, and a former Cypriot record holder in the 50 m freestyle. In 2003, Michaelides was selected as one of eight Olympians to be the major pioneers of The Race Club in Islamorada, Florida.
