Let's Talk About Leftovers is an album consisting of a compilation of unreleased, B-sides and rare songs by Lagwagon, originally released on February 8, 2000 on Joey Cape's now defunct My Records label. [4] It was re-released on August 27, 2002 by Fat Wreck Chords. [5] Most of the album's tracks were later re-released in 2011 on the box set Putting Music In Its Place which contained remastered versions of Lagwagon's first five albums. The b-sides and rare tracks - along with other previously unreleased material - were assorted to their respective album.
NOFX is an American punk rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1983. Bassist/lead vocalist Fat Mike, rhythm guitarist Eric Melvin and drummer Erik Sandin are original founding and longest-serving members of the band, who have appeared on every release by the band, although Sandin departed briefly in 1985, only to rejoin the following year. El Hefe joined the band in 1991 to play lead guitar and trumpet, rounding out the best-known iteration of the lineup.
Rich Kids on LSD (RKL) is a Californian hardcore punk band formed in 1982 in Montecito, California, a suburb of Santa Barbara. They were associated with the "Nardcore" scene that evolved out of nearby Oxnard. Their music expanded over the years from West Coast hardcore to a mix of hardcore with rock and metal elements. This style, along with touring, made them very popular on the European scene, especially among skaters in the 1980s and 1990s. Guitarist Chris Rest was the band's only consistent member.

Bracket is an American rock band from Forestville, California formed in 1992. The lineup consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Marty Gregori, bassist and backing vocalist Zack Charlos, drummer Ray Castro, and guitarist and backing vocalist Angelo Celli, who replaced Larry Tinney in 1998. Bracket has issued numerous albums, EPs and singles since its inception, including many releases for Caroline Records and Fat Wreck Chords. Their sound could most easily be described as power pop influenced punk rock with a continued focus on vocal harmonies.

Let's Rock is an MxPx compilation album of B-sides and unreleased material. "You Walk, I Run" was recorded by Jerry Finn during "the Ever Passing Moment" sessions, and "Make Up Your Mind" was also recorded by Finn and was released on "the Broken Bones" 7-inch. Both songs appeared on the "Responsibility" Australian import. The remaining ten tracks were previously unreleased and were self-produced. "Sweet Sweet Thing," an acoustic version here, was originally recorded with the entire band during the "Before Everything & After" sessions with Dave Jerden, then titled "Family Affair" and featuring slightly different lyrics. It was left off the album, although a portion of it can be heard in the album's "Before" and "After" tracks. Music videos were made for "Breathe Deep" and "Running Out of Time."

Following the release of their third studio album A Place Called Home (2000), the band left their label, went through line-up changes, and the members focused their time on the side project California United.
