Letter from Secret is the fifth extended play (promoted fourth Korean EP) by South Korean girl group Secret. The EP was released on April 30, 2013 and contains four tracks. "YooHoo", the album's lead single, marked the group's return to aegyo-inspired songs such as "Shy Boy" and "Starlight Moonlight".

Promotion

Secret had their comeback performance on M Countdown on May 2, 2013. The group also performed "YooHoo" on various music shows such as Music Bank , Show! Music Core and Inkigayo in May and June 2013. Secret made a Japanese comeback on July 23, 2014 with the Japanese version of "YooHoo".

"Starlight Moonlight" is a song by South Korean Kpop girl group Secret. The song was released as a CD single on June 1, 2011, through TS Entertainment. The song was written and produced by Kang Ji Won and Kim Ki Bum, the same producers of their previous hits such as "Magic", "Madonna" and "Shy Boy". “Starlight Moonlight” is a sweet, retro-inspired song with influences of traditional Korean folk music. The song's lyrics describe the protagonist's feelings when the man confesses his love, and compares the protagonist's feeling towards her lover as bright as the “Starlight” and “Moonlight”.

Madonna is the second Korean extended play (EP) by South Korean girl group Secret. It was released on August 12, 2010 through TS Entertainment, and contains five tracks. The EP debuted at No. 5 on the Gaon Album Chart, while the album's lead single "Madonna" debuted at No. 1 on the Gaon Singles Chart and sold over 1,839,869 digital copies in South Korea throughout 2010. Kang Jiwon and Kim Kibum, the composers who wrote "Madonna" highlighted that the inspiration behind the song is about living with confidence by becoming an icon in this generation, like the American singer Madonna.

Secret Time is the debut Korean extended play (EP) by South Korean girl group Secret. The EP was released on April 1, 2010, and contains ten tracks. "Magic" was used as the promotional song for the album. The song debuted at number 2 on South Korea's Gaon Singles Chart and the album debuted at number 4 on the Gaon Album Chart on April 1.

Nevertheless, the plan was withdrawn, and "Gee" and the titular EP was released instead as their first extended play.

<i>Mr.Mr.</i> (EP) 2014 EP by Girls Generation

Mr.Mr. is the fourth extended play (EP) by South Korean girl group Girls' Generation. The EP consists of six tracks and it incorporates electropop and R&B-pop music genres. It was released for digital download by SM Entertainment and KT Music on February 24, 2014. The CD and digital version were released in Hong Kong on the same day, and was made available for purchase on February 27 in South Korea. To promote the album, Girls' Generation appeared on several South Korean music programs including Music Bank and Inkigayo. The title track was released as a single. This is the final Korean EP featuring member Jessica who later left the group on September 30, 2014.

"Mr.Mr." is a Korean song recorded by South Korean girl group Girls' Generation for their fourth Korean titular extended play (2014). The song was released on February 25, 2014, as a single from the EP. The song was composed by American production team The Underdogs, who had previously worked with Western artists including Britney Spears, Beyoncé, and Justin Timberlake. A music video for the song was initially planned to be released on February 19 but was postponed to February 28 due to the accidental deletion of some of the original files.

I.O.I was a South Korean girl group formed by CJ E&M through the 2016 reality show Produce 101 on Mnet. The group was composed of eleven members chosen from a pool of 101 trainees from various entertainment companies: Jeon So-mi, Kim Se-jeong, Choi Yoo-jung, Kim Chung-ha, Kim So-hye, Zhou Jieqiong, Jung Chae-yeon, Kim Do-yeon, Kang Mi-na, Lim Na-young, and Yoo Yeon-jung. They debuted on May 4, 2016, with the EP Chrysalis and actively promoted as a whole and as a sub-unit for less than a year.

"You Better Know" is a song recorded by South Korean girl group Red Velvet for their first special extended play The Red Summer (2017). The uptempo dance-pop song was written by songwriter Lee Seu-ran of Jam Factory, JQ and Choi Ji-hye, while production was handled by Becky Jerams, Pontus Persson and Kanata Okajima. Upon its release, "You Better Know" received positive reviews from music critics due to its "anthemic" chorus and the group's EDM venture. It also attained commercial success as an album track, peaking at number fourteen on Gaon Digital Chart and has since become Red Velvet's most successful album track.

<i>More & More</i> (EP) 2020 EP by Twice

More & More is the ninth extended play by South Korean girl group Twice. It was released by JYP Entertainment and Republic Records on June 1, 2020, Marketed as the group's ninth "mini album" release, it consists of seven tracks, including the lead single of the same name. It is their first release with Republic Records.
