The Game of Life, also known simply as Life, is a cellular automaton devised by the British mathematician John Horton Conway in 1970. It is a zero-player game, meaning that its evolution is determined by its initial state, requiring no further input. One interacts with the Game of Life by creating an initial configuration and observing how it evolves. It is Turing complete and can simulate a universal constructor or any other Turing machine.

Football Manager is a series of football management simulation video games developed by British developer Sports Interactive and published by Sega. The game began its life in 1992 as Championship Manager. However, following the break-up of their partnership with original publishers Eidos Interactive, triggered by the "fiasco" release of CM4 in 2003, Sports Interactive lost the naming rights to Eidos Interactive, but retained the game engine and data and re-branded the game Football Manager with their new publisher Sega. The latest version of Football Manager, titled Football Manager 2021, was released on 10 November 2020 followed by the full released on 24 November 2020. Half-Life: Opposing Force is an expansion pack for the first-person shooter game Half-Life. The game was developed by Gearbox Software and Valve and published by Sierra On-Line for Windows on November 19, 1999. Opposing Force was the first expansion for Half-Life and was announced in April 1999. Lead designer Randy Pitchford noted that he believed Gearbox was selected to develop Opposing Force because Valve, the creators of Half-Life, wanted to concentrate on their future projects. Over the course of development, Gearbox brought in a variety of talent from other areas of the video games industry to help bolster various aspects of design.

It is part of the Just Dance video game series published by Ubisoft originally on the Wii and the third main installment of the series. It was also released on October 25, 2018 in Europe and Australia. It was also the last known game overall to be released for the Xbox 360 worldwide. It is the last game made by Ubisoft for the Wii U.
Half-Life: Alyx is a 2020 virtual reality (VR) first-person shooter developed and published by Valve. Set between the events of Half-Life (1998) and Half-Life 2 (2004), players control Alyx Vance on a mission to seize a superweapon belonging to the alien Combine. Players use VR to interact with the environment and fight enemies, using "gravity gloves" to manipulate objects, similarly to the gravity gun from Half-Life 2. Like previous Half-Life games, it incorporates elements of combat, puzzles, exploration and survival horror.
Life Is Strange is a series of primarily episodic graphic adventure games published by Square Enix's European subsidiary. Created by Dontnod Entertainment, the series debuted with the eponymous first installment, which released episodically in five chapters across 2015. It was followed by a prequel, Life Is Strange: Before the Storm, which was developed by Deck Nine and released in three episodes across 2017, with an additional bonus episode released in early 2018. A third installment, Life Is Strange 2, and its spin-off The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit were once again developed by Dontnod and released between 2018 and 2019. A fifth installment, Life Is Strange: True Colors, is scheduled to release in its entirety on 10 September 2021. Additionally, a remastered collection of the original game and its prequel is set to release in early 2022.
