Lily is a 2023 Indian Telugu-language children's film directed by Sivam in his directorial debut. The film was announced and promoted as the first film in the genre to have a pan-Indian release. [1] It stars Neha, Pranitha Reddy, Vedanth, Rajveer in the lead roles; the cast also includes Rajeev Pillai in a special appearance. Plot

Of her group of friends, including Lily and Vedanth, Divya is the only orphan. Her foster mother, Deva, lives poorly. When Divya is taken to a hospital after having fainted, and diagnosed with leukemia, her friends and Deva wonder how they will afford the costs of her treatment.

Dil Raju launched the Telugu trailer of the film on 13 March 2023 in Hyderabad. [6] [7] Ragini Dwivedi launched the Kannada trailer on 23 March. [8] [9]

Release

Although a release in five languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi) was much advertised, only the release in Telugu on July, 7 2023 seems confirmed so far. [10]

Reception

The film received very mixed reviews at 123 Telugu [11] and Sakshi . [12] The director stated the film was receiving good response and that he aimed to show it to students of all schools in India. [13]

The SIIMA Award for Best Film – Telugu is presented by Vibri media group as part of its annual South Indian International Movie Awards for Telugu films. The award was first given in 2012 for films released in 2011.

The 14th Santosham Film Awards was an awards ceremony held at Hyderabad, India on 14 August 2016. It recognized the best films and performances from the Tollywood films and music released in 2015, along with special honors for lifetime contributions and a few special awards. <i>Super Machi</i> 2021 film

Super Machi is a 2022 Indian Telugu-language romantic comedy-drama film written and directed by debutant Puli Vasu. Produced by Rizwan Entertainment, it stars Kalyaan Dhev and Rachita Ram while Rajendra Prasad, Naresh and Posani Krishna Murali play supporting roles. The title is inspired by the song of the same name from S/O Satyamurthy. The film began its production in early 2019 but was delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
