Linda Andersen, later Linda Cerup-Simonsen, (born 15 June 1969) is a Norwegian Olympic gold-medal winning sailor. [1]

Linda Andersen was born in Tønsberg. [2] She obtained silver medals in the Europe World Championships in 1988 and 1989. [3] In the 1991 Europe European Championships, she won gold medal, and a bronze medal in 1992. [3]

Andersen competed in the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, where she won gold medal in the Europe class. [4] [2] She also competed in the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. [2]

She is a sister of Ida Andersen. [2] Andersen represented Tønsberg Seilforening. [1]
