Lindsey E. Tichenor (born January 29,1977) is an American politician from Kentucky. She is a Republican,and has represented District 6 in the Kentucky Senate since January 1,2023. [1] Tichenor is a realtor,and she resides in Smithfield,Kentucky. [2]
Lindsey Tichenor was born in Louisville,Kentucky. She has worked as a real estate agent at Covenant Realty,LLC,executive regional vice president of Arbonne International,and an international missionary with Water Step/Edge Outreach. She has held positions within the Republican Party in Oldham County,serving as education and district chair,as well as being a member of the Oldham County Republican Women’s Club. [3]
In the 2022 general election,Tichenor defeated Brian Easley,a Democratic write-in candidate,with 94.5% of the vote. In the Republican primary,she defeated Bill Ferko with 54% of the vote.
Tichenor has announced her intention to run for re-election in 2026. The general election will take place on November 3,2026.
