Linpark High School is a South African co-educational public boarding school situated on Claude Forsyth Rd, in Boughton, a northern suburb of Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
The school's curriculum has a technical bias, with courses in subjects such as motor mechanics and electronics in addition to more traditional subjects such as maths and science.
Although it has boarding facilities, most students are day pupils, living locally.
Originally an all-white school,the first black pupils were admitted in 1991.

It is now one of the 36 state boarding schools in England. It converted to an academy on 1 January 2013. It was ranked as the second-highest-achieving state boarding school in 2016 by The Daily Telegraph, but controversy arose over the school charging £10,494 a year for day-pupil places. It has been argued that makes the state school selective, along with others which charge similar fees. Under the Education Act 1996 it is illegal for state schools to charge for admission or education provided within normal hours. In June 2022, Gordon's was judged Boarding School of the Year by the TES.
Sherborne Girls, formally known as Sherborne School for Girls, is an independent day and boarding school for girls, located in Sherborne, North Dorset, England. There were 485 pupils attending in 2019–2020, with more than 90 per cent of them living on campus in the seven boarding houses. Queen Anne's School is a private boarding and day school for girls aged 11 to 18, situated in the suburb of Caversham just north of the River Thames and Reading town centre and occupying a 35-acre (14 ha) campus. There are around 450 pupils. Nearly half are boarders. Some stay seven nights a week; others stay during the working week or two, three or four nights a week. Saturday morning lessons were replaced in 2009 by a programme of optional sport, hobbies and extended learning activities, including rowing, horse riding, textiles and first aid. The school awards scholarships in academic subjects, sport, music, art and drama at ages 11 and 13 and at sixth form entry.
Table View High School was founded in 1986 in Table View, near Cape Town, and is a public dual-medium Afrikaans and English school that enrolls both boys and girls (co-educational). The school is financially assisted by the Western Cape Education Department and therefore, like most other schools in South Africa, it charges a school fee, as regulated by the South African Schools Act. The school's current principal as of 2018 is Ms. R Cummings.
