The Iranian futsal champions are the annual winners of Iranian Futsal Super League, Iran's premier annual Futsal league competition. The title has been contested since 1996, in varying forms of competition. While Mes Sungun has won a record 4 championship titles.

Ali Asghar Hassanzadeh Navlighi is an Iranian professional futsal player. He is a Left Winger, and currently a member of Giti Pasand in the Iranian Futsal Super League and the Iran national futsal team. Hassanzadeh is regarded as one of the greatest Asian futsal players in history and has been named AFC Futsal Player of the Year four times and was a nominee for World Futsal Player of the Year in 2015. He is also the all time top goalscorer of the AFC Futsal Club Championship with 33 goals.

The season will feature 14 teams from the 2011–12 Iranian Futsal Super League and two new teams promoted from the 2011–12 Iran Futsal's 1st Division: Shahrdari Tabriz and Gaz Khozestan. The regular season, was played from 26 July 2012.
