Juventus Football Club, commonly known as Juventus or colloquially as Juve, is an Italian professional football club based in Turin, Piedmont, who compete in Serie A, the top tier of the Italian football league system. Founded in 1897 by a group of Torinese students, the club has worn a black and white striped home kit since 1903 and has played home matches in different grounds around its city, the latest being the 41,507-capacity Juventus Stadium. Nicknamed la Vecchia Signora, the club has won 36 official league titles, 15 Coppa Italia trophies and nine Italian Super Cups, being the record holder for all these competitions; two Intercontinental Cups, two European Cup / UEFA Champions Leagues, one European Cup Winners' Cup, three UEFA Cups, two UEFA Super Cups and one UEFA Intertoto Cup. Consequently, the side leads the historical Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio (FIGC) classification, whilst on the international stage the club occupies the sixth position in Europe and the twelfth in the world for most confederation titles won with eleven trophies, as well as the fourth in the all-time Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) competitions ranking, having obtained the highest coefficient score during seven seasons since its introduction in 1979, the most for an Italian team in both cases and joint second overall in the last cited.
The Italian football league system, also known as the Italian football pyramid, refers to the hierarchically interconnected league system for association football in Italy. It consists of nine national and regional tournaments, the first three being professional, while the remaining six are amateur, set up by the Italian Football Federation. One team from San Marino also competes. The system has a hierarchical format with promotion and relegation between leagues at different levels.
Ruddy Lilian Thuram-Ulien is a French former professional footballer who played as a defender. A quick, powerful and versatile player, he was capable of playing both as a centre-back or as a right-back, and was competent both offensively and defensively.
Filippo "Pippo" Inzaghi is an Italian professional football manager and former player who played as a striker. He was most recently the manager of Serie B club Salernitana.
Coppa Italia is the annual domestic cup of Italian football. The knockout competition was organized by the DDS and the Lega Calcio until the 2009–10 season and by Lega Serie A ever since.
Enrico Chiesa is an Italian football coach and former striker.
Ciro Ferrara is an Italian former footballer and manager. His most recent position was as manager of Wuhan Zall. He had also previously coached Juventus and the Italy national under-21 team. As an assistant coach to Marcello Lippi, he won the 2006 FIFA World Cup with Italy. Ferrara spent his playing career as a defender, initially at Napoli and later on at Juventus, winning seven total Serie A titles as well as other domestic and international trophies. At international level, he represented Italy at the 1988 Summer Olympics, at two UEFA European Championships, in 1988 and 2000, and at the 1990 World Cup.
Alessio Tacchinardi is an Italian football manager and former footballer who played as a defensive midfielder, last in charge as head coach of Lecco.
Gianluca Pessotto is an Italian former professional footballer who played as a defender or midfielder. A former Italy international, he spent the majority of his club career with Juventus, where he won several domestic and international trophies, and is now head of its youth system. He represented his country at the 1998 FIFA World Cup, and at UEFA Euro 2000, reaching the final of the latter tournament.

Attilio Lombardo is an Italian retired football player turned manager; he is currently the assistant manager for the Saudi Arabia national football team.
Mark Iuliano is an Italian football manager and a former professional footballer who played as a defender. Following his retirement he worked as a coach.
The AIC Serie A Coach of the Year is a yearly award organized by the Italian Footballers' Association (AIC) given to the coach who has been considered to have performed the best over the previous Serie A season. The award is part of the Gran Galà del Calcio awards event. Juventus coaches have won the most awards, with eleven. Only two non-Italians have won the award: Sven-Göran Eriksson of Sweden became the first in 2000 while José Mourinho of Portugal was the first foreign coach to win the award twice. Massimiliano Allegri and Antonio Conte have each won the award a record four times.
The Lega Nazionale Professionisti, commonly known as Lega Calcio, was the governing body that ran the two highest football divisions in Italy, namely Serie A and Serie B, from 1946 to 2010. The league also ruled the Serie C from 1948 to 1959. It has ceased to exist since 1 July 2010, following a split between Serie A and Serie B clubs, which led to the creation of two new leagues, the Lega Serie A and Lega Serie B respectively.
The history of Juventus F.C. covers over 120 years of association football from the club based in Turin, Italy, and established in 1897 that would eventually become the most successful team in the history of Italian football and amongst the elite football clubs of the world. Iuventūs is Latin for "youth". According to the International Federation of Football History & Statistics, an international organization recognized by FIFA, Juventus were Italy's best club of the 20th century and the second most successful European club in the same period.
Parma F.C. youth teams form the youth set-up of S.S.D. Parma Calcio 1913, comprising six squads divided by age group: Juniores, Allievi, Regionali, Prof BEsordienti, and Pulcini.
Campionato Primavera 1, known also as Campionato Primavera 1 TIM – Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti due to sponsorship and posthumous honour, is an Italian football youth competition. It was created in 2017–18 season by splitting Campionato Nazionale Primavera into two leagues: Campionato Primavera 1 and Campionato Primavera 2, and organized by Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie A and Lega Nazionale Professionisti B respectively.
The 2022 Coppa Italia Final decided the winners of the 2021–22 Coppa Italia, the 75th season of Italy's premier football cup, the Coppa Italia. It was played on 11 May 2022 between Juventus and Internazionale.
