Major League Wrestling (MLW) has held a variety of different professional wrestling tournaments competed for by professional wrestlers that are part of their roster.

Sporadic tournaments

MLW World Heavyweight Championship Tournament (2002)

The tournament to crown the inaugural MLW World Heavyweight Champion took place at Genesis on June 15, 2002.

MLW Global Tag Team Championship Tournament

A four-team tournament to determine the inaugural MLW Global Tag Team Championship took place between 2002 and 2003. The semi-final of the tournament took place at the King of Kings event on December 20, 2002 and the tournament finals took place at Revolutions on May 9, 2003.

J-Cup USA

J-Cup USA was a junior heavyweight single elimination tournament to determine the inaugural MLW World Junior Heavyweight Champion at WarGames on September 19, 2003.

GTC Carnival

GTC Carnival was a six-team tournament to determine the new #1 contenders for the Global Crown Tag Team Championship. The tournament that took place at MLW's Reloaded event on Night One and Night Two on January 9 and January 10, 2004. The first round took place on January 9 and the second round took place on January 10.

MLW National Openweight Championship Tournament

The tournament to determine the inaugural holder of the MLW National Openweight Championship took place between April 5, 2019 and June 1, 2019 at the Fury Road special, where the final took place. The semi-final matches aired on Fusion .

Opera Cup

The Opera Cup tournament is a professional wrestling single-elimination tournament held by Major League Wrestling (MLW). First introduced in 2019 at the namesake event, the tournament is a revival of the Professional Wrestling Opera House Cup, which had been last won by Stu Hart in 1948. The tournament was revived by MLW in 2019 and has become an annual recurring tournament.

The MLW World Heavyweight Championship is a world heavyweight championship owned and promoted by Major League Wrestling (MLW). It is the promotion's principal championship. The championship was established on June 15, 2002 at the Genesis and was active until February 10, 2004 after the promotion stopped hosting events. The championship was reactivated in 2018.

The MLW World Junior Heavyweight Championship was a professional wrestling junior heavyweight championship owned by the Major League Wrestling (MLW) promotion. Only wrestlers under the junior heavyweight weight-limit may hold the championship. The weight-limit for the tag team title is 205 lb (93 kg); it is assumed that this title has the same weight-limit. It was proposed as part of a tournament called the J-Cup USA and Sonjay Dutt won the tournament and also was the last champion. Only one reign was crowned over its one-year existence.

The MLW World Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling world tag team championship which is owned by the Major League Wrestling (MLW) promotion. The championship is generally contested in professional wrestling matches, in which participants usually execute scripted finishes rather than contend in direct competition.

New Era Hart Foundation was a professional wrestling stable in Major League Wrestling, consisting of Teddy Hart, Davey Boy Smith Jr. and Brian Pillman Jr. The group was the latest incarnation of the Hart Foundation which was formed by MLW in 2018. The trio enjoyed success as they are former one-time World Tag Team Champions within the promotion, defending the title under the Freebird rule. In addition, Teddy Hart is a one-time World Middleweight Champion as part of the group. Hart was released by MLW on December 6, 2019 and Smith left the promotion on December 2, 2020, thus ending the group.

Alex Rohde, better known by the ring name Alexander Hammerstone or simply Hammerstone, is an American professional wrestler. He is signed to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). He is also known for his time in Major League Wrestling (MLW), where he was a former MLW World Heavyweight Champion, the inaugural and longest reigning MLW National Openweight Champion, and the winner of Battle Riot III.

Battle Riot was a professional wrestling event produced by Major League Wrestling (MLW) that took place on July 19, 2018 at the Melrose Ballroom in New York, New York. The event aired as a special episode of MLW's television program, Fusion, on July 27 on beIN Sports. It was the first event under the Battle Riot chronology.

WarGames (2003) was a professional wrestling supercard event produced by Major League Wrestling (MLW), which took place on September 19, 2003, at the War Memorial Auditorium in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The event was a television taping for MLW Underground TV. It was the first MLW WarGames event.

The Dynasty was a professional wrestling faction in Major League Wrestling (MLW), which consisted of Alexander Hammerstone, Grogan, Gino Medina, Maxwell Jacob Friedman and Richard Holliday. It was originally formed as an alliance between MJF, Hammerstone and Holliday and slowly expanded to include MJF's valet Aria Blake, Gino Medina and Grogan. The group enjoyed championship success as Hammerstone held the World Heavyweight Championship and was the inaugural National Openweight Champion. Holliday was a former IWA Caribbean Heavyweight Champion while MJF and Holliday also won the World Tag Team Championship.

Road To The World Championship was a professional wrestling event produced by Major League Wrestling (MLW), which took place on February 8, 2018 at the Gilt Nightclub in Orlando, Florida. The event featured the opening round of a tournament for the reinstated MLW World Heavyweight Championship.
