Started in 1974, it is the oldest continental handball competition. The current champions are Egypt, who won the 2022 tournament in Egypt.

Oxford University Handball Club English handball club

Oxford University Handball Club (OUHaC) was founded and registered as a club at the University of Oxford in 2001, and has since established itself as one of England's most successful clubs. It is a member of the England Handball Association since 2002 and the Association of British Universities Handball Clubs since 2011. As such, the OUHaC plays both in the regular English Handball League (Championship) and the Cup. Since handball is not part of the BUCS, Oxford also plays in the EHA University Championships. From 2014 it plays in the varsity match against the Cambridge University Handball Club. In 2016 and 2017 respectively, the women's and men's teams were granted Half Blue status by the Blues committees of the University of Oxford.

The Montenegrin Men's Handball Cup is an elimination handball tournament held annually. It is the second most important national title in Montenegrin handball after the Montenegrin First League.

Elverum Håndball is a Norwegian handball club from Elverum, Norway. Currently, Elverum Håndball competes in the Norwegian Premier League Men's Handball, and they have been successful title winners for several years consecutively. The club was founded in 1946 by a group of 26 people. The Norway national team coach, Christian Berge, was coach for Elverum Håndball from 2008 to 2014 which he had to leave in order to coach the Norway men’s national team.

After 2018, with the division of the Pan-American Federation into North America and the Caribbean Handball Confederation and South and Central America Handball Confederation, the competition was ended.

The World University Handball Championship is the World University Championship (WUC) in handball competition contested by the men's and women's university's national teams of the member federations/associations of International University Sports Federation (FISU).

USAFA Team Handball

USAF Team Handball is a handball club from Air Force Academy, Colorado, United States. They are the handball team of the United States Air Force Academy. They are one of the most successful men's college teams. Besides the Adelphi University and UCLA they are the only college team which has won an adult national title in 1978.

The South American Men's Club Handball Championship, organized by the Pan-American Team Handball Federation, was the official competition for men's handball clubs of South Americas, and takes place every year. In addition to crowning the Pan American champions, the tournament also served as a qualifying tournament for the IHF Super Globe. In 2003 or 2004 it was folded because of the dominance of the Brazilian teams. In 2007 the Pan American Men's Club Handball Championship was created.

Australia national youth beach handball team

The Australia national youth beach handball team is the national Under 17 team of Australia. It is governed by the Australian Handball Federation and takes part in international beach handball competitions.
