Rayark Inc. (also known as Rayark Games and Rayark International Limited) is an independent video game company headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, [1] and was founded in September 2011. Rayark runs a branch in Tokyo, Japan, where the 2015 iOS Game of the Year award-winning title, Implosion: Never Lose Hope, and accompanying feature animation film was written and directed. [1] [2] [3] The company develops and publishes videogames on PlayStation 4, Mobile, and PC platforms, showcasing titles in various genres including sci-fi, fantasy, rhythm, casual games, and strategy RPGs. [4] Rayark is widely known for developing the breakout hits Cytus and Deemo, the PlayStation 4 title Deemo: Reborn, and a partnership with Capcom leading to the development of Japanese arcade machines. The series centers around the adventures of a bubblegum pink round hero named Kirby as he fights to protect and save his home on the distant Planet Popstar from a variety of threats. The majority of the games in the series are side-scrolling platformers with puzzle-solving and beat 'em up elements. Kirby has the ability to inhale enemies and objects into his mouth, spitting them out as a projectile or eating them. If he inhales certain enemies, he can gain the powers or properties of that enemy manifesting as a new weapon or power-up called a Copy Ability. The series is intended to be easy to pick up and play even for people unfamiliar with action games, while at the same time offering additional challenge and depth for more experienced players to come back to.

Wolfenstein is a series of World War II video games originally developed by Muse Software. The majority of the games follow William "B.J." Blazkowicz, an American Army captain, and his fight against the Axis powers. Earlier titles are centered around Nazis attempting to harness supernatural and occult forces, while later games are set in an alternate history in which Axis powers won World War II.

Cytus is a collection of rhythm games developed by Taiwanese game developer Rayark. The original Cytus rhythm game was first released on the iOS platform on 12 January 2012. The game was later released on Android on 7 August 2012. A port for PlayStation Vita and PlayStation Mobile, titled Cytus: Lambda, was released on 26 June 2013. An arcade version titled Cytus: Omega in collaboration with Capcom was revealed at JAEPO in February 2015 and was set for location testing in July 2015, but was ultimately canceled on 30 March 2018. A sequel game, Cytus II, was released on 18 January 2018, for iOS and March 2018 for Android. A remake called Cytus Alpha was also released for the Nintendo Switch on 25 April 2019.

Badland is a mobile video game developed by Frogmind Games and first released on the iOS and Android platforms in 2013. It was released on Windows Phone 8 in June 2014. There is also a Game of the Year Edition that was released in May 2015 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, Wii U and Steam for Linux, Microsoft Windows and OS X, and in August 2021 for Nintendo Switch.

<i>Deemo</i> 2013 vertical-scrolling rhythm game

Deemo is a rhythm video game developed by Taiwanese game developer Rayark. The game was released on iOS and Android mobile platforms on 13 November 2013. An enhanced port for the PlayStation Vita, titled Deemo: Last Recital, first announced late 2014, was released in June 2015. A Nintendo Switch port was released worldwide in September 2017. A remake of the entire game in 3D, titled Deemo -REBORN-, was announced in October 2017 for PlayStation 4 with PlayStation VR compatibility, and was released on 21 November 2019. A PC port was released on 4 September 2020, and a mobile port for Android and iOS was announced on 23 November 2020. On 13 January 2022, Rayark announced the release of its sequel Deemo II.

Fate/Grand Order is a free-to-play Japanese mobile game, developed by Lasengle using Unity, and published by Aniplex, a subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment Japan. The game is based on Type-Moon's Fate/stay night franchise, and was released in Japan on 29 July 2015 for Android, and on 12 August 2015, for iOS. English-language versions followed on 25 June 2017 in the United States and Canada, and a Korean version was released on 21 November 2017. An arcade version titled Fate/Grand Order Arcade was released by Sega in Japan on 26 July 2018.
