The Thyatirinae, or false owlet moths, are a subfamily of the moth family Drepanidae with about 200 species described. Until recently, most classifications treated this group as a separate family called Thyatiridae.

Asplenia melanodonta is the only species in the monotypic moth genus Asplenia of the family Noctuidae. The species is found in Africa. Both the genus and the species were first described by George Hampson, the genus in 1916 and the species in 1896.

Daphoenura is a monotypic moth genus of the family Noctuidae. Its only species, Daphoenura fasciata, is found on Madagascar. Both the genus and species were first described by Arthur Gardiner Butler in 1878.

Eutelephia is a monotypic moth genus of the family Erebidae erected by George Hampson in 1926. Its only species, Eutelephia aureopicta, was first described by George Hamilton Kenrick in 1917. It is found on Madagascar.

Lophiophora is a genus of moths of the family Erebidae. The genus was erected by Felix Bryk in 1915.

Rougeotiana Genus of moths

Rougeotiana is a genus of moths of the family Erebidae. The genus was erected by Bernard Laporte in 1974.

Teucocranon is a monotypic moth genus of the family Noctuidae. Its only species, Teucocranon microcallia, is found in Somalia and Somaliland. Both the genus and species were first described by Emilio Berio in 1937.

Pseudobazisa Genus of moths

Pseudobazisa is a genus of moths in the subfamily Lymantriinae. The genus was erected by Felix Bryk in 1934.

Collesis Genus of moths

Eois Genus of moths

Eois is a genus of moths in the family Geometridae. The genus contains about 250 validly described species, most from the Neotropical region. Many species are still undescribed and the total number of species is estimated to be over a 1,000 in the Neotropical region alone. The genus was first described by Jacob Hübner in 1818.

Hyalornis Genus of moths

Hyalornis is a genus of moths in the family Geometridae described by Warren in 1894.

Phaiogramma Genus of moths

Phaiogramma is a genus of moths in the family Geometridae erected by Carl Freiherr von Gumppenberg in 1887. Markku Savela gives this name as a synonym of ChlorissaStephens, 1831.
