It also hosts events, owns a publishing firm, and operates several TV shows.

Dance/Mix Show Airplay is a monitored electronic dance music radio chart that is featured weekly in Billboard magazine.

Note that Billboard publishes charts with an issue date approximately 7–10 days in advance.

The Pop 100 was a songs chart that debuted in February 2005 and was released weekly by Billboard magazine in the United States until its discontinuation in 2009. It ranked songs based on airplay on Mainstream Top 40 radio stations, singles sales and digital downloads.

Perry's third studio album, Teenage Dream (2010), became the first album in the history of the chart to produce at least seven number-one songs between 2010–12, a record it held solely until Rihanna's eighth studio album Anti also produced seven chart toppers through 2016-17. Rihanna is the only artist to have achieved five number-one songs in a calendar year.

Hot Country Songs is a chart published weekly by Billboard magazine in the United States.

"Pose" is the first single by Puerto Rico reggaeton artist Daddy Yankee from the movie soundtrack to the motion picture Talento de Barrio, and was released on May 14, 2008, by Machete Music and El Cartel Records. The single was made available through online music stores on August 12, 2008. The song features different musical styles, ones that differ from Daddy Yankee's past singles. It is an electro song, which fuses other genres such as latin pop, dance-pop, pop rap, dance, hip hop and pop, as well as Latin and dance rhythms.

Kathleen Emperatriz DeLuna is a Dominican-American singer, songwriter and dancer. DeLuna began pursuing a career as a singer when she was a teenager. After signing with Epic Records, she released her debut single "Whine Up" in 2007. The single went on to become a commercial success, entering the Top 40 in numerous countries and topping the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart. Her debut studio album, 9 Lives (2007), failed to see the success of its lead single. The album's third single, "Run the Show", became a hit in various territories, and reached number two on the Hot Dance Club Play chart.
