Petter Alexis Askergren, who simply uses his given name Petter as a stage name, is a Swedish rapper from Stockholm, Sweden, rapping in Swedish. He debuted in 1998 with the album Mitt sjätte sinne, which became a success and started the Swedish hip hop boom in the late 1990s and early 2000s. He owns a record company called Bananrepubliken. He also studied art history at Uppsala University for some time. He has also worked with the famous Norwegian rap producer Tommy Tee several times in his career. Petter also frequently works with Swedish disk jockey Patrik Elofsson who goes by the stage name DJ Sleepy.
Grammofonleverantörernas förening (GLF), or the Swedish Recording Industry Association in English, is an organization representing the music recording industry of Sweden. It has compiled and published the official record charts for the Swedish music recording industry since 1975, including the Swedish Albums Chart and Swedish Singles Chart. The charts are based on statistics of album and single sales, DVD-sales, digital sales as well as streams.
Daniel Gabriel Alessandro Saucedo Grzechowski, known professionally as Danny Saucedo or simply Danny, is a Swedish singer and songwriter. He rose to fame as one of the finalists in Idol 2006, the Swedish version of Idol, where he reached the top six.

"Dreaming People" is an English language 2010 single by Jay Smith, winner of Swedish Idol 2010. He performed it as the winner song in the final of the competition. So did the other finalist Minnah Karlsson on 10 December 2010. The song is written by Christian Walz, Svante Halldin, Jakob Hazell and Sharon Vaughn. It was released as Smith's debut solo single shortly after the announcement of the Idol results. In its first week of release, it entered the Sverigetopplistan, the official Swedish Singles Chart, debuting at number 3 in week 51.

He broke through in 2019 with his albums No hasta mañana and Flawless. In September 2019, Flawless topped the Swedish Albums Chart and his single "Pippi" topped the Swedish Singles Chart. He has collaborated with a number of Swedish rappers; Adel, Пorsche, Stacks & Glocks 1.Cuz, Einár amongst many. He is childhood friends with footballer Robin Quaison.
"Voices" is a song performed by Congolese-Swedish singer Tusse, composed by Joy Deb, Linnea Deb, Jimmy "Joker" Thörnfeldt and Anderz Wrethov. The song competed in Melodifestivalen 2021, where it made it through to the final on 13 March 2021. The song received the most points from both the viewers and the international jury in the final and won the final with 175 points, 57 points ahead of the runner-up. It represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 in Rotterdam. Following the song's win at Melodifestivalen, it ascended to number one on the Swedish Sverigetopplistan chart. It was later certified Platinum by the Swedish Recording Industry Association.
