The list includes tracks from each of the Offspring's studio albums The Offspring (1989), Ignition (1992), Smash (1994), Ixnay on the Hombre (1997), Americana (1998), Conspiracy of One (2000), Splinter (2003), Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace (2008), Days Go By (2012), Let the Bad Times Roll (2021) and Supercharged (2024). Smash is the third studio album by American rock band the Offspring, released on April 8, 1994, through Epitaph Records. After touring in support of their previous album Ignition (1992), the band recorded their next album for nearly two months at Track Record in North Hollywood, California. Smash was the band's final studio album to be produced by Thom Wilson, who had worked with them since their 1989 debut album The Offspring. Smash was put together on the spot in the studio and there was no systematic work behind the recording of the album.

Ixnay on the Hombre is the fourth studio album by American rock band the Offspring, released on February 4, 1997, by Columbia Records, as the band's first album on the label. After the massive commercial success of their previous album, Smash (1994), the band entered the studio in the middle of 1996 to record a new album. The title combines Pig Latin and Spanish to convey the message "fuck The Man", as in "fuck authority".

Bryan Keith "Dexter" Holland is an American musician, singer, songwriter, virologist, and businessman. He is best known as the co-founder, lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist, main songwriter and composer, and only constant member of the punk rock band the Offspring. He co-founded with Greg K the record label Nitro Records, which he previously owned. He was the creator of the hot sauce Gringo Bandito. He also holds a PhD in molecular biology.

Skate punk is a skater subculture and punk rock subgenre that developed in the 1980s. Originally a form of hardcore punk that had been closely associated with skate culture, skate punk evolved into a more melodic genre of punk rock in the 1990s similar to pop punk. Since then, it has predominately featured fast tempos, lead guitar playing, fast drumming, and singing. Occasionally, skate punk also combines the fast tempos of hardcore punk and melodic hardcore with the catchy hooks of pop-punk.

Christopher Higgins, best known by his stage name Higgins X-13, is an American musician. He performed as backup guitar/vocal/keyboard/percussion player in the punk rock band The Offspring from 1994 to 2005. He provided backing vocals for Offspring's studio albums between Americana and Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace. During his 11 years with the band, he performed live with the Offspring on tour and made an appearance in the music video for "Why Don't You Get a Job?". When the Offspring was not on the road, Higgins ran the lead singer's studio and produced the demo recording of upcoming Offspring albums. Higgins also played guitar and did some vocals in the bands Gentleman Jack, All the Madmen and Good Kitty.

Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace is the eighth studio album by American punk rock band the Offspring, released on June 11, 2008, by Columbia Records. It was the band's first album of new material in five years, following 2003's Splinter, marking their longest gap between studio albums at the time. The Offspring had been working on new material since the fall of 2004, but showed no further signs of progress until November 2006, when they announced on their official website that they had begun recording with producer Bob Rock. The writing and recording process, spanning four years and three recording studios, was finally finished in April 2008.
