List of stock used by railways in Iran

While passenger trains are operated by private operators, motive power is generally provided by the Islamic Republic of Iran Railways (RAI). Additionally, Alborz Niroo Equipment & Railway Fleet Company runs freight train using privately owned diesel locomotives. [1]

The London, Midland and Scottish Railway (LMS) Stanier Class 8F is a class of steam locomotives designed for hauling heavy freight. 852 were built between 1935 and 1946, as a freight version of William Stanier's successful Black Five, and the class saw extensive service overseas during and after the Second World War.

The Saudi Railways Organization (SRO) was a state-owned railway company that operated part of Saudi Arabia's rail network, along with the Saudi Railway Company. The SRO operated a network of railways with a total length of approximately 1,380 kilometers. The network consisted of two main lines. A 449 km passenger line that links Dammam with Riyadh, and a 556 km freight line that connects the King Abdul Aziz Port in Dammam with Riyadh.

This is a list of past and present rolling stock owned and operated by Croatian Railways, consisting of diesel locomotives, electric locomotives, diesel multiple units, electric multiple units and railroad cars. When the company began operation in 1991, it was with a collection of equipment inherited from „ŽTP Zagreb“ – a Croatian division of Yugoslav Railways. Much of this equipment was later refurbished/modernized and remains in use today. Over the years, Croatian Railways has supplemented this initial fleet with new orders and with new acquisitions of secondhand equipment from other operators.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">EMD GT26CW-2</span> Locomotive

The GT26CW-2 is the Dash-2 variant of the GT26CW diesel-electric locomotive series created by the Electro-Motive Division (EMD) of General Motors for export to Iran, Israel, Morocco, Pakistan, Peru, South Korea, Turkey and Yugoslavia. Various licensees have also constructed or refurbished this model. It is similar to the highly successful SD40-2 North American locomotive.

The Dammam–Riyadh line is a passenger railway line in Saudi Arabia, linking the Eastern Province's capital city of Dammam with the Saudi capital Riyadh. The 449 km (279 mi) line has four stations. It is owned and operated by Saudi Arabia Railways.

Eurogate Rail Hungary, formerly Floyd Zrt, is a Hungarian private railway company founded in 2004 by Andras Bogdan. Its headquarters are in Budapest. Rolling stock is usually black with the name of the company written on a pink stripe. The vehicles were therefore given the nickname Pink Floyd.
