Mohammed Shami Ahmed is an Indian international cricketer who plays for the Indian national cricket team in all formats of the game as a right-arm fast bowler. He plays domestically for Bengal and in the Indian Premier League for Gujarat Titans.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni is an Indian former international cricketer who was captain of the Indian national cricket team in limited-overs formats from 2007 to 2017 and in Test cricket from 2008 to 2014. He is also the current captain of CSK in the IPL. He led India to victory in three ICC trophies 2007 ICC World Twenty20, 2011 Cricket World Cup and 2013 ICC Champions Trophy, the most by any Indian captain. Under his captaincy India also won 2010 and 2016 Asia Cup. Also under his leadership India won 2010 and 2011 ICC Test Mace and 2013 ICC ODI Championship. A right-handed wicket-keeper batsman. He scored over 10,000 runs in One Day Internationals, with the reputation as one of the best finishers in the game. He is also one of the greatest wicket-keepers in the history of cricket.
Gandhi Stadium or Burlton Park or BS Bedi Stadium is located in the city of Jalandhar, Punjab and is used for cricket matches. As of 19 August 2017 it has hosted 1 Test and 3 ODIs. The stadium should not be confused with the 10,000-capacity Gandhi Stadium in Ambikapur, which is used for cricket and football.

Axar Rajeshbhai Patel, also spelled as Akshar Patel, is an Indian international cricketer who plays for the Indian cricket team in all formats of the game as a bowling All-rounder. He also plays for Gujarat in domestic cricket and for the Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League. He is a left-handed batter and slow left-arm orthodox bowler. He made his ODI debut on 15 June 2014 against Bangladesh. He was selected in India's 15-man squad for the 2015 Cricket World Cup held in Australia and New Zealand. He made his Test debut for India against England on 13 February 2021, where he took 7 wickets. He became the ninth bowler for India to take a five-wicket haul on debut in Test cricket. On 21 November 2021, against New Zealand, he took his T20I career-best figures-3/9 (3) and was awarded the Man of the Match award.
Ekta Kundansingh Bisht is an Indian cricketer. She plays as a slow left-arm orthodox bowler. She was the first international woman cricketer from Uttarakhand. She was also the first cricketer for India to take a hat-trick in a Women's Twenty20 International match.
Choido Kamlesh Nandan is a cricket umpire and former player. His playing career included three first-class matches for Karnataka, over a period from 1983 to 1988. He made his umpiring debut in 1999, and has since umpired in various Indian domestic competitions, including Ranji Trophy and Indian Premier League matches.
