Live at Brixton Academy (released as Dido Live on Region 1 [1] ) is a live album and DVD set by Dido, released on 2005. It was recorded over three nights in August 2004, at Brixton Academy in London during the Life for Rent tour. [2] The DVD release includes a bonus audio CD which contains twelve of the recorded tracks, in a slightly modified order.

Dido (singer) English musician

Dido Florian Cloud de Bounevialle O'Malley Armstrong, known professionally as Dido, is an English singer and songwriter. Dido attained international success with her debut album No Angel (1999). Hit singles from the album include "Here with Me" and "Thank You". It sold over 21 million copies worldwide, and won her several awards, including two Brit Awards: Best British Female and Best British Album, and the MTV Europe Music Award for Best New Act. Faithless are a British electronica band consisting of Maxi Jazz, Sister Bliss and Rollo. The group is best known for the songs "Salva Mea", "Insomnia", "God Is a DJ" and "We Come 1". Faithless recorded six studio albums, with total sales exceeding 15 million records worldwide. The band announced they would split up after their Passing the Baton dates at Brixton Academy on 7 and 8 April 2011. However, in February 2015, they reunited to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the band.

Rowland Constantine O'Malley Armstrong is an English music producer and multi-instrumentalist. He is one half of the remix/production duo Rollo & Sister Bliss and is a founding member of the electronic music group Faithless. He has remixed tracks for Pet Shop Boys, Simply Red, R. Stripped is an album by The Rolling Stones released in November 1995 after the Voodoo Lounge Tour. It contains six live tracks and eight studio recordings. The live tracks were taken from four 1995 performances, at three small venues, and include a cover of Bob Dylan's "Like a Rolling Stone", which was the first single from the album. The remaining eight tracks were acoustic studio re-recordings of songs from the Stones' previous catalogue, the exception being a cover of Willie Dixon's "Little Baby". The studio performances were recorded "live," i.e., without overdubs.

"Don't Leave Home" is the third single released in the United Kingdom from Dido's second album, Life for Rent. It was officially released on 12 April 2004. Although it did not go further than number 25 on the UK Singles Chart, it stayed on the charts for nine weeks. A remix of the song's B-side, "Stoned", topped the US Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart.

It was released in Japan as a CD/DVD Box. The CD included the complete concert at Brixton as an audio.
