The Smithereens American rock band

The Smithereens are an American rock band from Carteret, New Jersey, United States. The group formed in 1980 with members Pat DiNizio, Jim Babjak, Mike Mesaros, and Dennis Diken. This original lineup continued until 2006, when Mesaros left the band and Severo Jornacion took over on bass guitar until Mesaros' return in 2016. After DiNizio died in 2017, the band continued performing live shows as a trio with various guest vocalists.

The Outfield were an English rock band based in London, England. The band achieved success in the mid-1980s and are best remembered for their hit single, "Your Love". The band's lineup consisted of guitarist John Spinks, vocalist and bassist Tony Lewis, and drummer Alan Jackman.

Jeff Scott Soto

Jeff Scott Soto is an American rock singer of Puerto Rican descent. He is best known for being the vocalist on Yngwie Malmsteen's first two albums, and (briefly) the lead vocalist for Journey in 2006–2007. He also had a long tenure as the frontman of hard rock band Talisman. Play Deep is the debut studio album by the English rock band The Outfield, released by Columbia Records in 1985. The album received widespread popularity with the success of their debut single, "Say It Isn't So", which reached number 18 on the U.S. Mainstream Rock chart, and the follow up single, "Your Love", reached number 6 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 in 1986. Play Deep peaked at number 9 at the U.S. album charts and was later certified triple platinum. In total, four of the tracks managed to reach the charts; the aforementioned two, along with "Everytime You Cry" and "All the Love".

<i>Any Time Now</i> (The Outfield album) 2006 studio album by The Outfield

Any Time Now is an album by British rock band The Outfield. Two versions of this album were released: one sold exclusively through the band's Web site and Tower Records, and the other issued by Sidewinder Records and distributed to music retail stores everywhere. The latter version included eight tracks from the Exclusive Web Edition plus four new songs— "Wasted", "Long Walk Back ", "I Can't Wait", and "Peace." The album's only single, "It's All About Love", was initially released as an EP in 2003 and used to heavily promote the album prior to its release; yet, the track received only limited airplay in a few select markets and in cities the band played while on tour. The Exclusive Web Edition includes new material recorded from 2002-2004 as well as alternate mixes of some previously released material included as bonus tracks. The most notable bonus track was "Tiny Lights ," which was a re-recorded studio version of a seminal fan favorite that was first released as the B-side to "Everytime You Cry" in 1986. With 17 tracks, the original version of "Any Time Now" has become a highly sought-after collector's item and is now very difficult to find.
