The Outfield Live is the second live album recorded and released by the British rock band, The Outfield. It is the band's second live recording, which was made available as a free download via the band's official website in late 2005. The 12-track album features some of the band's past hits, as well as some newer songs, recorded live in 2003 during their performance at the Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, Iowa.
It is widely considered among fans as an incomplete album. The band's set for its 2003 tour included several more songs than the track listing represented on The Outfield Live as it was released. At least two cover songs were performed on that tour, including Oasis' "Wonderwall" with John Spinks on lead vocals, and Led Zeppelin's "Rock and Roll." Bootleg recordings of these songs and others— not recorded at the Surf Ballroom show— are known to exist.
The artwork that was made available with the downloadable music files for The Outfield Live was created by long-time fan Ray Pilarczyk, whose Picasso-inspired depiction of the band as the "Three Musicians" was used as the CD cover image for the Extra Innings release in 1999. However, several different album artworks for the collection exist across the internet.
Juliana Hatfield is an American musician and singer-songwriter from the Boston area, formerly of the indie rock bands Blake Babies, Some Girls, and The Lemonheads. The Matches were an American rock band from Oakland, California, active from 1997 to 2009. Formed as the Locals, the group changed their name after five years to avoid conflict with a Chicago band of the same name. As the Matches, they self-released their debut album E. Von Dahl Killed the Locals in 2003, then signed to Epitaph Records who re-released it the following year. Decomposer followed in 2006, seeing the band move from their pop punk roots in a more idiosyncratic direction with contributions from nine different record producers; it reached no. 18 on Billboard's Independent Albums chart. With their third album, A Band in Hope (2008), their sound became even more heavily layered and experimental; it was their only release to chart on the Billboard 200, reaching no. 179.

Matt contacted the Ramone estate and pulled some strings to officially have the songs name changed to Trina is a punk rocker. The song will be re-recorded and re-released and subsequently referred to as such from here on out.

"Do It Again" is a song by the American rock band the Beach Boys that was released as a non-album single on July 8, 1968. Any Time Now is an album by British rock band The Outfield. Two versions of this album were released: one sold exclusively through the band's Web site and Tower Records, and the other issued by Sidewinder Records and distributed to music retail stores everywhere. The latter version included eight tracks from the Exclusive Web Edition plus four new songs— "Wasted", "Long Walk Back ", "I Can't Wait", and "Peace." The album's only single, "It's All About Love", was initially released as an EP in 2003 and used to heavily promote the album prior to its release; yet, the track received only limited airplay in a few select markets and in cities the band played while on tour. The Exclusive Web Edition includes new material recorded from 2002-2004 as well as alternate mixes of some previously released material included as bonus tracks. The most notable bonus track was "Tiny Lights ," which was a re-recorded studio version of a seminal fan favorite that was first released as the B-side to "Everytime You Cry" in 1986. With 17 tracks, the original version of "Any Time Now" has become a highly sought-after collector's item and is now very difficult to find.

Beat Off is the fourth studio album by the American punk rock band the Queers, released in 1994 by Lookout! Records. Recorded during a time when the Queers' usual drummer, Hugh O'Neill, was on a forced leave of absence from the band to deal with heroin addiction, it featured Screeching Weasel drummer Dan Panic and guitarist Dan Vapid added to the lineup. It was the third and final Queers album produced by Screeching Weasel singer Ben Weasel, who insisted on a no-frills punk sound for the album and removed Vapid's tracks from the final mix without his knowledge.

After a long career with that band, Lewis began work as a solo artist, releasing his first album Out of the Darkness in 2018 on Madison Records.
