Lucas Peressini (born March 9, 1995) is a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender. He is currently an unrestricted free agent who most recently played with the Allen Americans in the ECHL. Peressini played with the Western Mustangs of the OUA.
Originally a tenth-round draft pick of the Saginaw Spirit in 2011, Peressini was traded to Kingston the following year. Peressini made his Ontario Hockey League debut with the Kingston Frontenacs during the 2012-13 season, appearing in only one game, in which he allowed six goals on 38 shots in a 6–1 loss to the Oshawa Generals. He spent the majority of the 2011–12 season, however, in the OJHL with the Newmarket Hurricanes.
Peressini became the Frontenacs back up goaltender in 2013-14. He recorded his first career OHL victory on September 27, 2013, making 27 saves in a 5–1 victory over the Niagara IceDogs. In 25 games with the club, Peressini had a record of 11-4-4 with a 3.43 GAA and a .902 save percentage. In the post-season, Peressini went 0–1 with a 3.77 GAA and a .919 save percentage as the Frontenacs lost to the Peterborough Petes in the first round.
In 2014-15, Peressini was named the Frontenacs starting goaltender. On October 12, 2014, he made 31 saves in a 1–0 win to earn his first career OHL shutout. Peressini finished the regular season winning his last seven decisions, helping the Frontenacs into the post-season. Overall, Peressini had a 30-20-6 record with a 2.32 GAA and a .922 save percentage, and had five shutouts, to win the OHL Goaltender of the Year award, and was named to the OHL First All-Star Team. [1] In the post-season, he struggled in four games, going 0–4 with a 3.96 GAA and a .884 save percentage, as the Frontenacs were swept by the North Bay Battalion.
Peressini returned to the Frontenacs for his overage season in 2015-16, as he put up a record of 27-14-4 with a 2.85 GAA and a .906 save percentage. On February 15, Peressini made 50 saves against the Barrie Colts, as Kingston won the game by a 6–4 score. Due to the emergence of backup goaltender Jeremy Helvig, Peressini began the post-season as the Frontenacs backup goaltender, however, he would regain his starters job midway in the second round. On March 29, Peressini earned his first career playoff victory, coming in relief for Helvig in the third period, and made 14 saves on 15 shots, as the Frontenacs defeated the Oshawa Generals 5–4. Overall in the playoffs, Peressini had a 1–4 record with a 3.09 GAA and a .902 save percentage.
Peressini joined the Western Mustangs of the OUA for the 2016–17 season. In his first game with the Mustangs on October 22, Peressini made 43 saves in a 4–1 loss to the Windsor Lancers. Peressini earned his first victory with Western on November 25, making 23 saves in a 6–3 win over the Laurentian Voyageurs.

Andrew Joseph Ernest Raycroft is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender. Originally drafted by the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League (NHL) 135th overall in 1998, he won the Calder Memorial Trophy with the club in 2004 as rookie of the year. Raycroft has also played for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Colorado Avalanche, Vancouver Canucks, Dallas Stars, Hockey Milano Rossoblu and IF Björklöven.
Ronald Frederick Bradley Tugnutt is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender. Tugnutt played several seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Quebec Nordiques, Edmonton Oilers, Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, Montreal Canadiens, Ottawa Senators, Pittsburgh Penguins, Columbus Blue Jackets, and Dallas Stars. While a member of the Nordiques on March 21, 1991, Tugnutt set a modern-day NHL record for most saves in a regular-season game when he stopped 70 of 73 shots in a 3–3 tie with the Boston Bruins.
Mike Smith is a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender who is an unrestricted free agent. He most recently played for the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League (NHL). Smith has previously played for the Dallas Stars, Tampa Bay Lightning, Phoenix/Arizona Coyotes, and the Calgary Flames. Smith is the 11th goaltender in NHL history to score a goal, which he did in the 2013–14 season against the Detroit Red Wings. A two-time NHL All-Star, he was named to the 2014 Canadian Olympic Hockey Team, winning a gold medal at the 2014 Winter Olympics.
Peter Paul Sidorkiewicz is a Polish-Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender. Sidorkiewicz played in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Hartford Whalers, Ottawa Senators, and New Jersey Devils, representing the Wales Conference in the 1993 NHL All-Star Game. Since retiring as a player, Sidorkiewicz has worked for the Norfolk Admirals of the ECHL as a coach and player personnel director.

He played with several teams in a 15-year National Hockey League career, always known as "Biller," and serves as an assistant general manager for the Colorado Avalanche, and the General Manager of the American Hockey League Colorado Eagles.

The 2013–14 OHL season was the 34th season of the Ontario Hockey League. The Brampton Battalion relocated to North Bay and became the North Bay Battalion, playing at the North Bay Memorial Gardens. The first two outdoor games in OHL history were held this season, when the Saginaw Spirit, Windsor Spitfires, Plymouth Whalers, and London Knights played at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan as part of the Hockeytown Winter Festival on December 29. On March 11, 2014 Terry Trafford of the Saginaw Spirit, who had been missing for eight days, was found dead in his vehicle at a Wal-Mart in Saginaw, Michigan. His death was ruled a suicide as a result of self-inflicted asphyxiation. Twenty teams played 68 games each according to the regular season schedule, from September 19, 2013 to March 17, 2014. The Guelph Storm won the J. Ross Robertson Cup for the third time in franchise history, and the first time since 2004, as they defeated the North Bay Battalion in five games, and represented the OHL at the 2014 Memorial Cup held at Budweiser Gardens in London, Ontario. The London Knights also qualified for the tournament as the host team.

Blackwood was the top-rated North American goaltender ranked in the NHL Central Scouting Bureau's final rankings for the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. He was selected by the New Jersey Devils in the second round, 42nd overall, in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.
