Lucia Liliana Mihalache (born July 5, 1967 in Arad) is a Romanian sport shooter. [2] [1] At age 41, Mihalache made her official debut for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where she competed in women's skeet shooting. She placed tenth out of nineteen shooters in the qualifying rounds of the event, with a total score of 66 points. [3]

At the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, Mihalache, however, struggled to maintain her position against Beijing, hitting a total of 65 targets in women's skeet, finishing in twelfth place, behind Thailand's Sutiya Jiewchaloemmit. [4]

Mihalache is also a member of CSM Arad for the shooting class, and is coached and trained by Ciorba Attila. [1]

Elena Kuznetsova is an Uzbekistani sport shooter. Kuznetsova represented Uzbekistan at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where she competed for two rifle shooting events. She placed thirty-second out of forty-seven shooters in the women's 10 m air rifle, with a total score of 392 points. Nearly a week later, Kuznetsova competed for her second event, 50 m rifle 3 positions, where she was able to shoot 192 targets in a prone position, 191 in standing, and 190 in kneeling, for a total score of 573 points, finishing only in thirtieth place.

Ioan Toman is a Romanian skeet shooter. He competed in the mixed skeet shooting at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow, and at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, and men's skeet at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. Twelve years after competing in his last Olympics, Toman qualified for his fourth Romanian team as a 49-year-old at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, by winning the silver medal from the 2007 World Shotgun Championships in Nicosia, Cyprus. He placed thirty-fifth out of forty-one shooters in the two-day qualifying rounds of men's skeet, with a total hit of 108 targets.

Véronique Girardet is a French sport shooter. She set a world record of 96 targets by winning the gold medal for women's skeet shooting at the 2005 ISSF World Championships in Lonato, Italy.

Brigitte Roy is a French sport shooter. She is also a member of Association Sportive Libourne for the shooting class, and is coached and trained by Zeljko Todorovic.

Zauresh Baibussinova is a Kazakhstani sport shooter. At age thirty-eight, Baibussinova made her official debut for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where she competed in two pistol shooting events. Three days later, Baibussinova competed for her second event, 25 m pistol, where she was able to shoot 281 targets in the precision stage, and 290 in the rapid fire, for a total score of 571 points, finishing only in thirty-first place.

Mona Mahmud El-Hawary is an Egyptian sport shooter. At age forty-six, El-Hawary made her official debut for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where she competed in women's skeet shooting. She placed last out of nineteen shooters in the qualifying rounds of the event, with a total score of 50 points.

Kim Min-Ji is a South Korean sport shooter. She won a silver medal for the women's skeet shooting at the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou, China, accumulating a score of 89 targets.

Michiko Hasegawa-Fukushima is a Japanese sport shooter. Fukushima had won a total of nine medals for both air and sport pistol at the ISSF World Cup series. She also captured two medals in the same events at the 1986 Asian Games in Seoul, South Korea.

She won a gold and silver medal in the women's skeet shooting, at the 2002 Commonwealth Games, a gold medal at the 2006 Commonwealth Games, coincidentally in her home city, accumulating a score of 90 targets. She has also won a bronze medal for Australia at the world cup in Shanghai, and bronze medal at the World Championships in Cairo, and silver medal at the World Championships in Finland. Rahman is also the sister of two-time Olympian Paul Rahman, and the daughter of her personal coach Goran Rahman.

Francisca Crovetto Chadid is a Chilean sport shooter. She won a silver medal in the women's skeet at the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico, accumulating a score of 89 targets, and a bronze medal in the same event at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto.

Angelina Michshuk is a Kazakhstani sport shooter. She won a bronze medal in the women's skeet at the 2012 Asian Shooting Championships in Doha, Qatar, with a total score of 91 targets, earning her a spot on the Kazakhstan team for the 2012 Summer Olympics.

Lin Yi-chun is a Taiwanese sport shooter. She won two medals, gold and silver, in the women's double trap, at the 2001 and 2002 ISSF World Shooting Championships in Cairo, Egypt and Lahti, Finland, respectively. She also captured a bronze medal in the women's trap at the 2006 Asian Games in Doha, Qatar, accumulating a score of 80 clay pigeons and a bonus of 1 target from a shoot-off.
