Luo Haiqiong (born 10 August 1973) is a Chinese actress.

Biography

Luo Haiqiong enrolled in Gansu Art School when she was just 12. After three years of studying dancing, she worked for Lanzhou Art Troupe for 4 years. In December 1994, after a performance at the Shanghai Theatre Academy in Shanghai, she was encouraged by a faculty to apply to that school to become an actress. She did and was accepted in 1995, where she became a classmate of Lu Yi. [1] Her breakout came in 2001 for starring in the TV series Love Story in Shanghai , which made her famous domestically. [2]

The First Half of My Life is a 2017 Chinese television series based on Hong Kong novelist Yi Shu's novel of the same name, and centers on a group of city dwellers who have to make choices about love and career. It was directed by Shen Yan and stars Jin Dong, Ma Yili, Yuan Quan, Lei Jiayin, Wu Yue, and Chen Daoming. The series was first broadcast on Beijing Television and Dragon Television on 4 July 2017.

Summer's Desire is a 2018 Chinese romance television series directed by Yu Zhongzhong and co-produced by iQiyi and Youhug Media. It is based on the 2007 novel Summer of Foam by Ming Xiaoxi. There is also a 2010 television series version and a 2016 film version. It stars Zhang Xueying, Qin Junjie, Madina Memet and Huang Shengchi. The series is premiered on Zhejiang Television in China on May 8, 2018. The series centres on the love story of Yin Xiamo, Ou Chen and Luo Xi.
