Løvika is a neighbourhood in the city of Kristiansand in Vest-Agder county, Norway. The neighborhood is located in the borough of Vågsbygd and in the district of Voiebyen. [1] It is located on the northeastern part of the island of Andøya. Løvika is east of Voie and northeast of Ternevig.

Kristiansand[krɪstjɑnˈsɑn](listen), historically Christianssand and Christiansand, is a city and municipality in Norway. It is the fifth largest city in Norway and the municipality is the sixth largest in Norway, with a population of 88,598 as of June 2016. In addition to the city itself, Statistics Norway counts four other densely populated areas in the municipality: Skålevik in Flekkerøy with a population of 3,526 in the Vågsbygd borough, Strai with a population of 1,636 in the Grim borough, Justvik with a population of 1,803 in the Lund borough, and Tveit with a population of 1,396 in the Oddernes borough. Kristiansand is divided into five boroughs: Grim, which is located northwest in Kristiansand with a population of 15,000; Kvadraturen, which is the centre and downtown Kristiansand with a population of 5,200; Lund, the second largest borough; Oddernes, a borough located in the west; and Vågsbygd, the largest borough with a population of 36,000, located in the southwest.

Gillsvannet lake in Kristiansand, Norway

Gillsvannet or Gjelsvannet is a freshwater lake in the municipality of Kristiansand in Vest-Agder county, Norway. The 1.05-square-kilometre (260-acre) lake is located about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) northeast of downtown Kristiansand, along to County Road 452. The lake lies about 300 metres (980 ft) west of the Topdalsfjorden, at an elevation of about 1 metre above sea level. There is a practice range for kayaking on the lake as well as many areas used for swimming during the summer season. The Gimlekollen district lies on the southern shore of the lake and the village of Justvik lies just north of the lake.

Grim Church is a parish church in Kristiansand municipality in Vest-Agder county, Norway. It is located in the borough of Grim in the city of Kristiansand, just northwest of the city centre. The church is part of the Grim parish in the Kristiansand arch-deanery in the Diocese of Agder og Telemark. The large, gray, concrete church was built in 1969 from the Kristiansand architect Alv Erikstad. The church seats about 535 people.
