Ləngan (also, Lengyan and Lyangyan) is a village and municipality in the Masally Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 476.

Art of Noise were an English avant-garde synth-pop group formed in early 1983 by engineer/producer Gary Langan and programmer J. J.
