He was born on 21 August 1957 at Jelebu, Negeri Sembilan. He is fifth out of six siblings.

Education

He got his education at Maktab Perguruan Raja Melewar, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Then, he further his education at Open University Malaysia (OUM).

Career

He is former teacher and former education officer at Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Jelebu (Jelebu District Education Office).
