Maksim Buznikin (born 1 March 1977) is former Russia international forward or attacking midfielder. Buznikin spent his prime years playing for Spartak Moscow and Lokomotiv Moscow. [1] In 2005 Buznikin was chosen Rostov's footballer of the year.

Football Club Zenit, also known as Zenit Saint Petersburg or simply Zenit, is a Russian professional football club based in Saint Petersburg. Founded in 1925, the club plays in the Russian Premier League. Zenit are the reigning champions of the Russian Premier League.
