Malaysia Baptist Theological Seminary (MBTS) is a denominational seminary affiliated with the Malaysia Baptist Convention. It is located in Batu Ferringhi, Penang, Malaysia. [1] Established in 1954, MBTS is accredited by the Asia Theological Association (ATA). [2]
MBTS was established in 1954 by missionaries from the Southern Baptist Convention to train those who can testify to a call to full-time work in a local church. [1]

MBTS is also a founder member of the Malaysian Association of Theological Schools which allows a certain number of credits in the undergraduate programs to be transferable among member schools. [5]
The Acadia Divinity College (ADC) is the official seminary of the Canadian Baptists of Atlantic Canada (CBAC), functioning within its evangelical tradition, and governed by a Board of Trustees with members appointed by the Convention and the Board of Governors of Acadia University. The College is also the Faculty of Theology of Acadia University. The University awards all of the Acadia Divinity College degrees, upon recommendation from the ADC Senate and the Senate of Acadia University.
