The Telugu Desam Leader, Thadicherla Mandal Parishat President, Bellamkonda Malahar Rao, Mallaram village at his house premises slept under the tree. Ramanna Dalam residents six Armed Naxalites woke him up. Asked him to come with them. Without Speaking further any thing Malahar Rao started with them. Their party leaders Gopagani Ailaiah,Burra Ramallu to know where about them to bring the force on government taking him, we will not do any harm to you, stated by the Dala Nayakudu, Ramanna. Over this moment already all the family members of Malahar Rao came out. They tried to interrupt people’s war Dalam. Malahar Rao Mother, wife, brothers fell on the legs of Nakaxlites. But not kind enough of Ramanna Dalam, From Mallaram via Thadicherla, Khammampalli taken Malahar Rao to the Sitampalli forests. In the morning early hours at 4:00 hrs time at Sitampalli the Naxalites force reached their base
On 6th June, Malahar Rao kidnap news Created a serious sensation in Whole Andhra Pradesh. On 9th June night at Dharmaram village outskirts Naxalites fired and killed to the Malahar Rao. As they fired with 8 mm rifle leter proved it. On June 10th at early morning in the field seen Malahar Rao dead body by one village, given information to Dharmaram village Sarpanch, Linga Goud. Then Linga Goud given information to the police. The entire Karimnagar district was paralzed as the kidnapping incident became a traged. Ruling Telugu Desham Party Mandal, Village legal people representative started giving resignations in mass. As Malahar Rao Murder news as came to know immediately Home Minister Madhava Reddy hurriedly reached to the incident place. The District Collector, I.V.Subba Rao and other were with Home Minister. Over the incident of kidnap of Malahar Rao, Home Minister the TDP leaders speaking with reporters on 10th June. Broke down. “ in Jana Jeevana Sravanthi required partners I have invited, but not listened by the Naxalites. Peaceful, innocent people are subjected to brutal violence against officials on duty and representatives of the peoples were apprehending. It is not at all genuine. The Naxalites are committing heinous crimes and atrocities without contributing much to democracy and human rights. Vyas firstly caught Shivaji, with the Perfect information of Shivaji only Ailaiah , Rajamallu were caught by the police , by making interrogation and got the real facts after it only killing him and buried in Hyderabad itself. On 27th January , 1993 Evening at Hyderabad in Lal Bahadur Stadium while making jogging the IPS authority K.S.Vyas was fired and killed by peopleswar activists is known fact .
