Manketsi Mamoabi Emily Tlhape is a South African politician who served as an African National Congress (ANC) Member of the National Assembly of South Africa till 2024.
Tlhape had served as a Member of the Executive Council (MEC) in the North West provincial government. In December 2018, she was fired as an MEC by premier Job Mokgoro over reports that she stole cattle meant for emerging farmers. [1] [2]
Tlhape was elected to the National Assembly from the ANC's national list in the 2019 general election. [3] [4]

Sakhumzi Stoffels Somyo is a South African politician. A member of the African National Congress, he was elected to the Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature in 2014. He was then appointed as the Member of the Executive Council (MEC) responsible for the Finance, Economic Development, Environment and Tourism portfolio. In 2018, he was fired as an MEC. Since 2009, she has served continuously in the North West Provincial Legislature and the Executive Council of the North West, including as MEC for Tourism from 2014 to 2018 and as the MEC for Agriculture and Rural Development from December 2018 until June 2024.

He previously served as MEC for Community Safety and Transport Management from 2014 to 2016, before spending two years as an ordinary Member of the North West Provincial Legislature from 2016 to 2018. In December 2018, he returned to the Executive Council as the MEC for Public Works and Roads He is a member of the African National Congress (ANC).
Onewang Rebecca Kasienyane was a South African politician who served as the North West's Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Health and Social Development from May 2009 to November 2010. She represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the North West Provincial Legislature from May 2009 until her death in April 2013. Before that, she was a Member of the National Assembly from 1999 to 2009. She was also a prominent leader of the ANC Women's League in the North West.
