Marianne Theresa Herbert (born 2 December 1981) is an Irish former cricketer who played as a right-arm medium bowler. She appeared in 15 One Day Internationals and 5 Twenty20 Internationals for Ireland between 2002 and 2009,including being part of Ireland's squad for the 2005 Women's Cricket World Cup. She also played in the 2015 Women's Super 3s for Scorchers. [1] [2]
Cecelia Nora Isobel Mary Joyce is an Irish cricketer. A right-handed batter and leg break bowler,she played 57 One-Day Internationals and 43 Twenty20 Internationals for Ireland between 2001 and 2018. She played in her final match for Ireland in November 2018,during the 2018 ICC Women's World Twenty20 tournament. In 2021,Joyce returned to competitive cricket to play for Typhoons in the Women's Super Series after injuries to players in the original squad.

College Park is a cricket ground in the grounds of Trinity College Dublin in Ireland and is the home ground of Dublin University Cricket Club. A cricket match at Trinity College was mentioned in a poem 1820s between a team from Ballinasloe playing "the Collegians",although whether this match was played on the present ground is not known. The first recorded mention of cricket on the present ground dates from 1868,when Ireland played an All-England Eleven in a non first-class fixture.

Delany made her debut for Ireland in a Women's One-Day International (WODI) against New Zealand at Kibworth Cricket Club New Ground in July 2010. In July 2021,during Ireland's home series against the Netherlands,Delany broke the captaincy record for her team,leading them for the 63rd time,passing Isobel Joyce's record of 62 matches as captain.

On 13 June 2018,Kerr made the highest individual score in a WODI match,and became the youngest cricketer,male or female,to score a double century in One Day International cricket,when she scored 232 not out against Ireland. The double century was also the third-highest individual score,male or female,in an ODI,second-highest by a New Zealander and highest in a Women's ODI. Later in the same match,she also took 5 wickets for 17 runs,her first five-wicket haul in WODIs.
The New Zealand women's national cricket team toured the Netherlands and Ireland in June and July 2002. They played both sides in a three match One Day International series,beating the Netherlands 3–0 and Ireland 2–0. Following the tour,they played England and India in a tri-series in England.
The West Indies women's cricket team toured Ireland,the Netherlands and England in June and July 2008. They first played Ireland in 3 One Day Internationals and 1 Twenty20 International,winning both series. The T20I was the first both sides played in the format. They then played a 4 match ODI series and a 2 match T20I series against the Netherlands,again winning both series. The first T20I in the series was the first ever played by the Netherlands in the format. Finally,they played England in 2 ODIs,with one match rained off and the other won by England.
