Mariscal Sucre is a Peruvian football club, located in the city of La Victoria, Lima.
The club was founded with the name of Sucre FC and was promoted to Peruvian Primera División in 1933, later was renamed Mariscal Sucre de Deportes in 1951. [1]
The club won the national tournament in 1944 and 1953. [2] [3]
In the 1968 Torneo Descentralizado, Mariscal Sucre was relegated when Centro Iqueño defeated them in a relegation playoff, and it was their last appearance in the Peruvian Primera Division. [4]
After the disappearance of the Peruvian Segunda División in 1973, the club played in the Liga Mayor de Fútbol de Lima in 1974 but did not get promotion to the Peruvian Primera División. The following year, after being relegated again and in search of resources to survive, the club decided to merge with Deportivo Epsep (a team of the Empresa Estatal de Servicios Pesqueros) and move to the Liga Distrital de San Isidro, in which, after being relegated the club did not show up to play in 1977, with which the club was disaffiliated and consummated his disappearance. In 2023, the club participates in the Liga Distrital de La Victoria.

Club Universitario de Deportes, popularly known as Universitario or simply as La "U", is a Peruvian football club located in Lima. The club was founded in 1924 under the name Federación Universitaria by students of the National University of San Marcos but was forced to rename in 1931. Since 1928, the club competes in the top tier of Peruvian football, the Torneo Descentralizado. In 2000, they opened the 85,000-capacity stadium Estadio Monumental, currently the largest stadium in Peru and second-largest in South America, retiring their smaller Estadio Teodoro Lolo Fernández. Universitario and Alianza Lima participate in the Peruvian Clásico, which has its roots in the club's first participation in the Primera División in 1928. It also has rivalries with Sporting Cristal, Deportivo Municipal, and Sport Boys.

Carlos A. Mannucci, known simply as Mannucci, is a professional football club based in Trujillo, La Libertad, Peru. The club is the most important in the city having represented Trujillo in the first division of Peruvian football in multiple occasions since the late 1960s. The 1966 Torneo Descentralizado was the 50th season of the highest division of Peruvian football. This season marked the first time the Primera División was named the Descentralizado because teams outside Lima and Callao were invited for the first time making it the first national championship in Peru. The four teams invited to play in the inaugural national championship were Melgar of Arequipa, Octavio Espinosa of Ica, Grau of Piura, and Alfonso Ugarte de Chiclín of Trujillo.
