Mark Risley is an American writer, animator, storyboard artist, producer and director specializing in children's television. He is best-known for his work on Rugrats , The Wild Thornberrys , The Mr. Men Show , Space Racers , and Yo-kai Watch .
Risley began his career as an animator on several television programs including Attack of the Killer Tomatoes , Gladiators 2000 and the CBS Prime-time special The Magic Paintbrush . Later he worked in the story department on the Kids' Choice Awards winning film The Rugrats Movie, then moved on to produce and direct Rugrats , The Wild Thornberrys (1998), Rocket Power (1999), and As Told by Ginger (2000–2004) for Nickelodeon and Klasky Csupo.
After directing selected sequences of the theatrical feature, The Wild Thornberrys Movie (2002) Risley went to DreamWorks Animation where he directed Father of the Pride for NBC television.
His credits also include Nickelodeon's Tak & the Power of Juju , Cartoon Network's The Mr. Men Show , Disney's Pixie Hollow Games , NFL Rush Zone , PBS Kids' Space Racers (which won the 2015 American Public Television award for Excellence in Broadcasting) and the anime television series Yo-kai Watch .
He is currently directing the film Fairest of Them All for Rokit Pictures.

The Wild Thornberrys is an American animated television series created by Arlene Klasky, Gábor Csupó, Steve Pepoon, David Silverman, and Stephen Sustarsic for Nickelodeon. The series portrays the zany hijinks of an American family of wildlife documentary filmmakers known as the Thornberrys, which consist of the British nature documentary television host Nigel, his wife and camera operator Marianne, their 16-year-old daughter Debbie, their younger daughter Eliza, their adopted son Donnie, and a chimpanzee named Darwin. The series focuses in particular on Eliza, who has a magical ability to communicate with animals. The Thornberry family travels to every continent and wildlife environment in the ComVee, a recreational vehicle equipped with safety mechanisms to handle any terrain or body of water, to document their journeys in detail, with typical episodes involving Eliza befriending an animal and subsequently finding herself in peril.
Klasky-Csupo, Inc., is an American animation studio located in Los Angeles, California. It was founded in 1982 by producer Arlene Klasky and her husband, Hungarian animator Gábor Csupó in a spare room of their apartment and grew to 550 artists, creative workers and staff in an animation facility in Hollywood.
As Told by Ginger is an American animated comedy-drama television series aimed at preteens, produced by Klasky Csupo, and aired on Nickelodeon. The series focuses on a junior high school girl named Ginger Foutley who, with her friends, tries to become more than a social geek. The series first aired on Nickelodeon on October 25, 2000.
Rugrats Go Wild is a 2003 American animated crossover adventure film based on the Nickelodeon animated television series Rugrats and The Wild Thornberrys. It is the final installment of both the Rugrats and The Wild Thornberrys film series and the sequel to both the films Rugrats in Paris: The Movie (2000) and The Wild Thornberrys Movie (2002). Gábor Csupó is a Hungarian animator, writer, director, producer and graphic designer. He is co-founder of the animation studio Klasky Csupo, which has produced shows like Rugrats, Duckman, Stressed Eric, Rocket Power, As Told by Ginger, and Aaahh!!! Real Monsters.
Nickelodeon Rewind is a spin-off brand of Nickelodeon consisting of DVDs, digital downloads, television blocks, T-shirts, and other merchandise having to do with programs formerly aired on the channel. Beginning in June 2010, Nickelodeon Rewind was featured as a part of Comcast On Demand programming, with a lineup that features Nicktoons that aired in the 1990s and 2000s. The Dutch version of Nickelodeon, broadcasting free-to-cable in the Netherlands and through satellite in Belgium, was launched on 14 July 2003. In addition to the general Nickelodeon programmes, original productions such as ZOOP, Het Huis Anubis, and SuperNick are also broadcast. The Dutch Kids' Choice Awards were presented in three years, featuring nominees that are relevant to Dutch audiences. Nick Hits was a programming block on Nickelodeon, which aired classic Nicktoons, it replaced Nick at Nite on weekends. The block launched on July 4, 2009 and ended on April 5, 2010. All of the block's programs were added to the lineup of the block that replaced it, Nick at Nite.
Sarah Jane Cunningham and Suzie Villandry-Freeman are an American television producing and writing team. They began their careers writing for the Nickelodeon animated series The Wild Thornberrys. Before moving on to the fellow Nicktoons shows Rugrats and As Told by Ginger. Some of their other television credits include Even Stevens, Cory in the House, South of Nowhere, Everybody Hates Chris, True Jackson, VP, Melissa & Joey and That's So Raven. They were nominated for Primetime Emmy Award for their work on the latter series.
Nickelodeon is an Indian children's pay television network based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is the Indian equivalent to the original American network and is owned by Viacom18, a joint venture between Paramount Global and TV18. Despite using the "Nickelodeon" branding, it does not air any content from U.S. channel of the same name in recent times as part of a localisation strategy, and thus, original Nickelodeon content is only broadcast on the Nickelodeon HD+ channel. As of October 2020, Nickelodeon is the most watched children's channel in India.
