Marsh Farm is a property on the Sandringham Estate, owned by King Charles III. It has been announced as the future home of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor following his departure from Royal Lodge. [1] Work crews were photographed at the property in early 2026 installing security cameras and lights in preparation for Mountbatten-Windsor's arrival. [2] [3]

A property known as Marsh Farm on the Sandringham Estate is described briefly in the book The King's Homeland, published in 1904. [4] It is a red brick cottage and has five bedrooms, two reception rooms, and a kitchen. [4] [3] The grounds are home to outbuildings and stables. [3] The cottage was initially used as the farmhouse for a working farm. [3]

The farm is 2.4km to the west of Sandringham House, in the village of Wolferton. [5]
