Release

Masthu Shades Unnai Raa was released on 23 February 2024. Post-theatrical digital streaming rights were acquired by Amazon Prime Video and was premiered on 29 March 2024. [3]

Reception

123Telugu gave a rating of 2.75 out of 5 and praised the performances of Abhinav Gomatam and Vaishali Raj, while stating that "The dragged climax and slow pacing at times are the other drawbacks". [4] The New Indian Express rated the film 2 out of 5 wrote that "Despite some strong moments and a sincere Abhinav Gomatam performance, the film remains generic, a mediocre fare at best". [5]

Samuel Aby is an Indian music composer and music director from Kerala, India. He made his debut with the 2019 film Kakshi: Amminippilla starring Asif Ali. His second film was Manoharam starring Vineeth Sreenivasan. His song "Uyyaram Payyaram" from the film Kakshi Amminippilla was written in Malayalam by Manu Manjith, and went viral across social media platforms including YouTube and Instagram, with more than 45 million views.
