Matthew John Griswold (born August 29, 1982 in Austin, Minnesota) is an American Folk singer, songwriter and musician who has recorded and released a catalog of albums and singles independently. He also writes and records both songs and scores for film and television, under a publishing/licensing deal with Universal Publishing's production music arm. He is currently based (as of 2015) in Minneapolis, where he remains a working songwriter and an active touring performer around the US. [1] [2] [3] [4]
He first made a regional and national name for himself by touring as a working musician, being a voice for Veteran's Recovery, and an Alternative Folk recording artist. [5] [6] [7]
Griswold served five years in the active military as an enlisted member of the U.S. Army, where he was a Military Police soldier and member of the 2nd Brigade Combat Team/First Armored Division [8] (based in Baumholder, Germany). He was deployed to Iraq with his unit to fight in the Battle Of Ramadi(2006). [9] Griswold has been recognized for his work in bringing awareness and being an advocate for "Recovery and Transition" issues concerning and affecting today's veterans. He has been a guest speaker and advisor to a number of schools, VA medical centers, organizations, and regional and national conventions, where he provides his insights on the issues of recovery for veterans. Griswold has had a notable number of songs licensed for production media synchronization after signing his catalog over to the Universal Music Publishing company, APM Music and Universal Publishing Production Music. His music has been used in such Films as “Old Man & the Gun”, “The New Environmentalist”, “High School Confidential”, and Television productions such as “Expedition Unknown”, NBC's “The Today Show”, BBC's “Copper”(Season 2) and Purina's “Just Right” commercial. His scores have been used by BBC's Earth, Food Network, The Discover Channel, PGA Tour, NFL, Sport Fishing TV, Animal Planet, Outdoor Magazine, Canadian Global News, and similar networks in over 30 countries. Matt Brouwer is a Canadian singer and songwriter. While in college, he and fellow students founded the band Monday Night Worship (MNW). Because of the spiritual content of his lyrics he was 'discovered' by a Nashville record company in 2000, and in 2001 recorded his solo debut CD Imagerical. The album was released on May 29, 2001, on Reunion Records. He then formed his own label called Black Shoe Records and released albums titled Unlearning in 2005, Where's Our Revolution (Universal) in 2009, and Till The Sunrise in 2012. Brouwer's music is known for its Contemporary Christian message as he shares his life's story of tragedy and hope with his listeners.
The Cab is an American rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada. Their debut album, Whisper War, was released on April 29, 2008. They have been called "The Band You Need to Know 2008" by Alternative Press magazine. They were also featured in the '100 Bands You Need to Know in 2010' by the magazine and were one of the three bands featured on the cover page, along with Never Shout Never and Hey Monday. Their second album Symphony Soldier was released on August 23, 2011, with its first single "Bad" released to iTunes July 11, 2011, and announced by the band on July 18. The Cab funded the entire album by themselves and left their Fueled by Ramen/Decaydance label, self-releasing Symphony Soldier. AbsolutePunk gave an extremely positive review with a rating of 95%, calling the album a "masterpiece". The pre-orders in the band's webstore featured eleven packages, ranging from $10 to $9,999. Symphony Soldier is digitally available on iTunes, and only available as physical CDs from the band's webstore. The band's latest work, an EP titled Lock Me Up, was released on April 29, 2014. They have not released any new material since 2014, leaving the future of the band uncertain.

Alex Jacke was born and raised in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. The singer and songwriter realized his passion for music as a child when he fell in love with 1990s R&B and Hip Hop. Jacke's music influences also include soul, funk, gospel, rock, and pop music. Self-taught on the piano, he began composing songs by middle school. By the time he started his freshman year at Morehouse College, he knew music was his future and he focused his energy on songwriting, & performing at school events and venues around Atlanta. During his sophomore year, he appeared on the highly popular MTV series "My Super Sweet 16," as the special guest performer for DJ Spinderella and former NBA player, Kenny Anderson's daughter, Christy. Along with Stewart and his production team The Sharpshootaz, Alex Jacke spent most of the first half of 2012 perfecting his debut EP, D.F.M. released on July 9, 2012. On Valentine's Day 2013, Alex released a "Deluxe" version of his D.F.M. release, simply titled "D.F.M. Deluxe."

His debut album, "Native Soil," was released in 1986. His fourteenth album, Love Calling, came out August 27, 2013. Over the past decade, Smith has developed two programs, The Be An Artist Program (2003) and SongwritingWith (2011). Both use collaborative songwriting to work with groups ranging from children in the classroom to soldiers returning home from combat. Smith established SongwritingWith:Soldiers as a separate non-profit organization in 2012.
