Thibaw Min King of Burma

Thibaw Min, also Thebaw or Theebaw was the last king of the Konbaung Dynasty of Burma (Myanmar) and also the last Burmese sovereign in the country's history. Myo Min was a Burmese academic, journalist and writer, who wrote under the pen names of Nwe Soe, U Myo Min and Myint Win. Saw Bwe Hmu was a co-founder and the band leader of the Burmese band Iron Cross and a well known songwriter. The ethnic Karen Christian was the lead guitarist of the band. Other band members included Chit San Maung (guitar), Khin Maung Thant (bass), Banya Naing (keyboards) and Kha Yan (drums). Lay Phyu, Ah Nge, Myo Gyi and Wyne Wyne were the key singers of that band and R Zarni soon joined the band later. Composers Maung Maung Zaw Latt and L Phyu freed it from its reliance on such popular American bands as Metallica and won it critical acclaim and a wide public. He played the guitar at Success and Symphony music bands before Iron Cross was founded. He composed songs for Kaiser. He was a music critic and his pen name was Zar Hlaing.

Iron Cross (Burmese band)

Iron Cross is a rock band in Myanmar formed by lead guitarist Saw Bwe Hmu. The current line up consists of Chit San Maung, Khin Maung Thant, Banyar Naing, and Kha Yan (drummer). Iron Cross played too many studio albums of Myanmar's singers. However, Lay Phyu, Myo Gyi, Ah Nge and Y Wine are long time relationships with IC who also as part with them. All the four singers are lead vocal of IC's live performance and IC always performs with them.
