Sir Richard Starkey, known professionally as Ringo Starr, is an English musician, songwriter and actor who achieved international fame as the drummer for the Beatles. Starr occasionally sang lead vocals with the group, usually for one song on each album, including "Yellow Submarine" and "With a Little Help from My Friends". He also wrote and sang the Beatles songs "Don't Pass Me By" and "Octopus's Garden", and is credited as a co-writer of four others.

Levitation and Austin Psych Fest are two annual multi-day music festivals developed and produced by The Reverberation Appreciation Society. Starting out under the name Austin Psych Fest as a single-location, three-day festival, the festival was renamed Levitation in its eighth year to celebrate Austin’s psychedelic rock pioneers The 13th Floor Elevators. For many of its earlier iterations, the festival was held at Carson Creek Ranch in Austin, Texas. Under the Levitation moniker, the festival eventually transitioned to a four-day festival spread out across many traditional venues in the city of Austin. Starting in 2024, the organizers now run both festivals every year under their respective monikers, with Austin Psych Fest held in the spring at a single location and Levitation held in the fall as a multi-venue festival.

The Reverberation Appreciation Society's record label started in 2010, with the release of Christian Bland and the Revelators – The Lost Album. Pure Mood is the fourth studio album by American shoegaze band Ringo Deathstarr. It was released on December 11, 2015, by Vinyl Junkie Recordings in Japan, and on January 20, 2016, by The Reverberation Appreciation Society (RVRB-024) in North America. The album was recorded in two different locations: Sky Lab in Los Angeles, and Storage Town in Austin, Texas.
